Victoria at your service! And have you picked the right day to ask me, the spring has made me super helpful. Every one was thanking me for the help today and i never can normaly be arsed to help anyone ha. Every bra fit i did turned to gold, even if i do say so myself.
I'd personally say come to me, but as you cant i would say tell me your clothes size, what your bra size is now, what exercise youre gunna be doing and i'll try and suggest stuff.

victroy - i think im going to be joinging you on the gain front this week. i am expecting it as there has been so much drinking and fast food lately.
infact weight loss in feb has been pretty damn awful! this is not good. im six months into my weight loss and i feel im loosing my path. im in dangerous terittory and i thinm i would be very easy for my just to walk away from the healthy eating change, but i really really want to make this a permament change and unfortunatly i have a very big mountain to climb before i can ease off a bit to maintain. but i still feel i NEED to loose AT LEAST another 2st.
so, weigh in tomorrow morning and march is a new month! lest refresh and restart with a new mind set, spring and summer is coming, im going shake away to cobb-webbs of winter and change my mindest!
i know i (and we) say this very frequenly, but i really need to get this weight loss back into the flow of thing. after loosing 2st 4lb it would be very easy just ot leave it here, but i dont want to do that, i NEED to keep going!!
right, rant and self mantra over with...
tomorrow i will weigh in and continue to write my food diary on here!!
xxxxshift the bulge! - 54lb lost so far :j .....alot more to go......:eek:0 -

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:OMG that had me giggling for a good 5 mins....... I could imagine you cartoon style with your eyeballs followed by your teeth vibrating across the floor ....... then you trying to chase them but wobbling and zig zagging across the floor.
Thank you for that little light entertainment
Was it really that bad ? I would love to try one of those things they are suppose to work wonders on your core muscles.Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

Well done on the losses..mirry that was a great result congrats..
Unfortunately I gained this week 2lb ( I hold my head down in shame) it was the cake and the chocoloates...and the rest...but I will have to get over it and get back on the wagon. I feel like doing something drastic...like cutting all the snacks/treats as it has not been getting me anywhere thus far...we'll see
Good night xx0 -

5lb loss this week which is acceptable.
Horizon was fascinating last night, it was on the benefits of cooking food and its potential to aid us to evolve into the stage we are at. Its fairly sciencey but very interesting for those that like this kind of thing. Its on iplayer, oh BTW the clip of the subjects all eating veg was nicked from the superb BBC series the Truth About Food, which i personally believe is the best health related program the BBC ever made.
http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00r9svk/Horizon_20092010_Did_Cooking_Make_Us_Human/
SPOILER WARNING
For those that don't want to watch it but want a quick summary:
Cooking food allows you to absorb up to 50% more energy / nutrition from food and reduces the amount of energy you need to process food by up to 25%, this gives you a net gain of up to 75% more energy than eating raw food. With us needing to eat less our stomachs and digestive systems shrank drastically and the excess energy allowed us to grow out brains. A large brain uses huge amounts of energy to power, when we are sedentary our brain uses the equivalent of a 20watt bulb on all the time! They showed the change in brain activity via an MRI scan that you get when you eat high fat food with the corresponding "reward" hormone release (I mentioned this before). It transpires we are hard wired to seek out high fat foods, its natural for us to crave it to power our large brains, que the crap food pushers and there cheap high fat foods0 -
dinah: Beautiful wedding invites! Love the design of the dress youre making too. I want my mum to make me some because i have big hips and a small bust so alot of high street things don't fit me. Trouble is i can never find a material i like.
Material is a nightmare to find to be honest. Anything I like tends to be £10 a metre, which makes it a lot cheaper to go to a shop and buy ready made!

Woohoo (#1) -3LB loss for me this week!! all as a result of my half-hearted attempt at 'detoxing' & going back to Phase 1 of Harcombe, just think what I could have achieved if I hadn't slipped occasionally, still a loss is a loss so I'm not complaining
I'm now back to my pre-Xmas weight and back on track.
Rosie - I've been feeling much happier & focused this week and I put it all down to the sunshine; it really cheered me up to open the curtains on Monday morning and see that it wasn't raining or snowing or wet or otherwise "subject to a Met Office weather warning". I've been out & about in the fresh air all week (office-bound today, boo!) and it felt so good to feel the warm sunshine on my face, feels like its been months since that last happened. So you are right, lets embrace the new season and face forwards with new energy!!
AllIwant - yes at the time it was that bad! The trainer warned me that I would feel the vibrations all the way up my spine before he switched it on and boy did I! My vision went all blurry and I felt totally unco-ordinated! My thighs still ache this morning so I presume its done me some good but I have no doubt that I will be giving it another go during my next gym visit (hopefully tomorrow)
Woohoo (#2) - we have finally decided to get our extension built!! Hooo-flippin-ray, I've been dropping hints about this for ever. So before OH had a chance to change his mind again I've spoken to a builder and booked a meeting with an architect for next week. I will have the kitchen of my dreams!!
PS: I let a white van man our in front of me in a traffic queue this morning and he blew me a kiss! Awww!!£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250
