Eric , are you on the Harcombe diet then ?
The skinny cow sandwiches are lovely , last time I bought them for me the kids ate them all .
Its funny how the Harcombe diet makes you feel isnt it ,
I walked into the supermarket and was blown away by all the processed foods we eat.
Day 4 today and my husband said to me this morning,
that my face looks slimmer
. Kindness costs nothing
