Hezza , what phase of the Harcombe diet are you on ? the peanut butter sarnie sounds devine but my son has a nut allergy so we cant have it in the house.
Hope your MIL is ok , its strange cos my mother in law got rushed in to hospital last night with chest pain and irregular heart beat. They are keeping her in to do further tests .Kindness costs nothing0 -

Hi mirry - I've gone back to Phase 1 as I'd plateau'd due to not following the plan properly so am trying to kick-start it again, day 3 for me too! Had some natural yog with a handful of puffed oats for brekky and a late lunch of bacon & eggs, been drinking green tea & water all day. Spag bol for dinner (made from scratch, not from a jar) but just the 'bol' part for me no spag!Peanut butter sarnies are a weakness but I will only have one if I've had to skip a meal (like last night).
Hope your MIL is okay too. My MIL was diagnosed with lung cancer in October last year (having never smoked a day in her life) which was then found to have spread to her spine. She's been on chemo since November without a break and was showing signs of improvement until yesterday, so I'm hoping her current state is more a precaution than anything else as she's been getting excellent care through all this and has great confidence in her doctors etc. We're trying very hard to stay positive£2 Savers Club 2016 #21 £14/£250

Hezza , thats so unfair for your mother in law to get that without smoking, I hope she is ok , let us know how she gets on. My mother in law is having further tests , apparently her ecg was abnormal.

Glad you got a better result this week eric:T. And mc - great that you have gone down a size:T.I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Hope your M-i-ls are both improving Hezza and Mirry.
Well done Rosie - what a great result! I've frogotten, when do you go to Rwanda?
Dmv - will you be on a waiting list in case any vacancies arise? Do you have any current school experience e.g. volunteering? If you do start working as a learning assistant you could try to get on an NVQ - that seems to help a lot with getting on the PGCE too. It seems to be almost mandatory to do a year as a learning assistant now before the PGCE! Good luck, enthusuastic people like you are just are just what we need.0 -

DMV: Sorry to here you didnt get in. Youre time will come im sure.
Margaretclare: I don't object to it, i work with doreens on a daily basis and they are really for the older older lady i like to think. That swimsuit would probably work wonders on someone with saggy breasts but i like people to look their best and i dont think that would cut the mustard.
Granny: Milfs dont wear swimsuits like that granny! This is more up your alley:http://www.asos.com/French-Connection/French-Connection-Safari-Floral-Cut-Out-Suit/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=847002&cid=10118&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=20&sort=-1&clr=Black+Floral
