Off in a mo to warn my working colleague about what happened in the shop at the weekend at work so that she does not have to walk into world war 3 and know nothing about it, after all she has done for me that is the least I can do to repay her kindness:D0 -
thats a nice thing to do Victory!
I fell over on my walk this morning - bit icy. Still nothing hurt but my pride - because of course, it was in front of the bus stop.0 -
victory - I thought my work could be bad. How embarassing for you and the customers. That's ridiculous. Hope it works out for you soon. Hugs.
I got used to the Australian one the last time but Munalita's accent was terrible - she was so high-pitched (better watch what I'm saying my SIL is Australian OOPS) although I'm really sad and sit with a calculator to work out their weight in lbs
Beanielou I use them but I think I threw out the packaging yesterday. If you're not in a rush I can PM you on Thursday when I stock up again.
Vix the pill does help with everything but I've had to stop taking it because I'm allergic to it (how weird is that?!)

Hi all,
Been trying to log on here since morning, but it wouldn't let me :-(
Had a really really bad weekend for food...i could not stop myself, I just kept eating, even when I was full, I was so determined not to slip and to exercise self control, but it didn't happen. I felt so guilty the whole of yesterday and so I carried on eating choc bars, 4th servings of food, biscuits etc...all the things I was not supposed to indulge in. So I will be going to gym this eve or 2moro morning before my weigh in- dunno if it will make a difference tho.
Well you all seemed to have been good.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:or at least as my sis says a dictaphone so head office can hear them going on at each other, when I told my work colleague this morning she was most concerned for the others not knowing how bad it had got on saturday she is such a lovely person, for her I would continue to work there and you see, I have done the one thing I tell my eldest not to do, he keeps being promised this and that saturday jobs and favours for friends that they will pay so he keeps telling me he has this money and what he can do with it and I say NO you have not got it, you will have it if it comes off but you can't count up the money until it is firmly in your hand, well mother who should know better has sort of counted it in euros before I have it, I need to stick at it until July pay day because that is my future euros pay for the hol in Spain money, not here yet but month by month I get to save it in euros and give the kids a hol in Spain, so no walking for me until July, my kids come first:D
or you could use a phone with video or audio recording0 -

QT - know exactly where you're coming from, I think everyone goes through that. I've been so cold and miserable the last few days I've been eating for my country. Hopped on the scales this morning and it didn't look good so I might give this weeks official WI a miss!!
