Logged as in written down for the future incase I have to go further to head office at a later date. I have times and dates and what was said to whom and why to back up my story if it needs to be told, so has the supervisor apparently for the last 6 years:D yes same boss and supervisor, they cannot get on, I am petrified they will call me in as I was there but really do not want to be dragged into it, it was between them and not me and when the boss started trying to get me on side I told him so, so there is one thing to be proud of, little ol' me standing up for myself, yeah she has a backbone:j:D
My sis said to get a dictaphone which I would have loved to have had today and record it also so that head office can hear how loud and bad it gets in an open to all shop.
Yes went to the carvery for my sunday valentines day dinner lunch, did what I always say I won't do but end up doing, piled the plate high with roasties, only allowed one yorkshire and a sliver of each meat, cut them any thinner and they would be see-through:rotfl::rotfl: but made up for it by the roasties, no starters and no dessert, scales say STS so no harm done, just greediness:D since have not eaten one single thing that is not on the list:rotfl: so glad in a way I am diabetic because at work they all have a very sweet tooth and yesterday was coffee and walnut cake with a tin of quality street and some gummy bears, todays was hot cross buns, chocolate covered biscuits and some portugese nougat that had been brought in, crumbs that is nothing you should have seen it at xmas:rotfl:0 -
Nooooooooo! We'll need to wait for everyone else to catch up so we can talk about it. I watch it with OH and he's kept the last two so we can watch all 3 final episodes tomorrow night. I'm gonna need to hide behind a cushion cos he can tell by my face who's won.
I was surprised who won but didn't Mike look so handsome, 18 years old and has now got his life back and the great news also is that his brother has lost 100lb according to the website, Mike 204lb:eek: even his dad shifted over 190lb so they did very well indeed, will not be watching australia one because tried to but the accent grates on me so much can't bear it and they do it in kilos and have less whoop whoop than the USA one so no, not for me:D
Was very disappointed took time out to watch lorraine kelly big fat challenge, what a let down at the end, they hardly bothered to try and as for the mum being back to what she looked like when she was 16, going on GMTV in a bikini......no chance:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -

oh victory - i really hope thing sort themselves out. you doing the right thing by loigging everything. its just so horrible when you dred going to work in the morning when you have no idea what the day is going to throw at you.
my oh my oh my.......
had ahouse party last night for friends birthday.........i dont want to discuss it. i think it was the liter bottle of ouzo which makred the start of the downfall.
lots of fun however.
IM GOING TO START AFRESH!!!
everything is now officially over, (celebreations wise - gosh its been an indulgant couple of weeks!)
so im starting properly again. focus focus focus.
wish me luck!! xx
shift the bulge! - 54lb lost so far :j .....alot more to go......:eek:0 -
Good luck rosie! (as requested)
victory - chin up, tomorrow is another day, hope OH gets over his hissy fit and good luck for work next week, you are quite right in staying out of all the squabbles and saying so. My OH can get upset over very silly things sometimes, the other day he didn't like the tone I used when I said something, saying that I sounded "mean spirited", !!!!!! men have such fragile egos don't they? and this is after a lifetime spent with him constantly taking the p**s out of me, I still have to baby-sit his mood-swings, good job we're thick-skinned huh?
Well my day didn't quite work out as planned yesterday, neither OH or DD went away in the end so the quality time I was looking forward to with DS didn't quite happen; we did go out together in the afternoon, went to the library then for a swim, then came home and made cookies but DS as quite upset that we didn't get the evening with just the 2 of us that he was looking forward to, which is quite sweet in a funny way. I did pig out on chips (after swimming), cookie dough, pizza, garlic bread and red wine so I'm paying the price today and feeling quite bloated and dehydrated. Made up for it by really working hard in my aqua class this morning, now off the to the shops to get DD some new trousers for school. Retail therapy - I love it!! I've just had some toast and I probably wont have anything else to eat until our roast pork dinner this evening, but if the scales jump up and bite me this week I've only myself to blame!
I realise that this sounds a bit OCD but does anyone else hate it when other people change their plans? This seems to happen to me all the time lately, so-and-so says they are going to do something, I plan my time around that event, then they say they're not going to do it or they change the arrangements so I have to change what I was going to do. for lent I'm giving up chocolate ( except for cereal - bit of a spur of the moment sdecision to give up and just stocked up on cereal so not buying other stuff) and have to go for a walk EVERY DAY. Which so far I've achieved, even today in the snow! Actually, I walked further today because I moved my car up to the high stree t this morning as don't want to risk my road tomorrow morning when it will have turned into a skating rink.
