  • Thanks Vixstar! Thing is I have a reaally masive appetite - even when I was 9 stone I could really put it away! A 'normal' portion of pasta just wouldn't touch the sides!!
I try and eat mainly very low cal stuff so I can eat loads.....like I have a whole bag of the choppe swede you can buy which I mash up or a massive bag of stir fry veg (nothing else) with some garlic, chilli and soy sauce bunged on.
Portion size will always be an issue for me.

I reckon alot of my issues are snacking between meals and also hoovering up my sons leftovers (he eats like a sparrow). When you need to eat something I find an apple or some lettuce just doesn't cut it.

Ok, here is what I have had today....

1.5 slices of toast with spread and marmite
sw style quiche (tub of cottage cheese, 3 eggs) eaten throughout the day
    3 tablespoons of baked beans
1 thin pancake with lemon and sweetner (couldn't resist)
bag of stir fry veg with soy sauce
1 value caramel wafer (around 90 cals)
1 sliced apple with a warmed muller light

Seems loads??? how does it compare to everyone?
If my words are missing letters then please excuse me....my keyboard is a tad dodgy!!

I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Well we had to skip aqua aerobics last night due to my sister's back playing up, so went for a sauna/swim instead. Not that we done much swimming. So I think the scales may be reflecting the fluid loss in the sauna last night.

STS for me this week, not too worried as increased exercise is starting to kick in so will hopefully continue downwards. Got a chinese meal to go to this week - not too worried about the food as my appetite has really shrunk but still get tempted by the alcohol.

2.6 loss this week, 3 large meals and being at home hammered me :(

Still I have started my exercise regime, the "gyms" been emptied and the treadmills been serviced

Still motivated to push on, still have trouble coming to terms with what I have become, still struggle to see myself as other people do, its shocking it really is :(

2.6lbs loss for me this week. Very pleased with that, although I know some of it will just be water since last week was a TOTM. However this now gets me to 0.2lbs lower than my previous lowest weight, so its only forwards from here. Have my MRI on my knee on Friday, hopefully that'll show me what needs fixing and they can get on and do it!

mind you it is well desereved, in fact in surprised it wasnt a gain. 3 big celebrations in the house over the last 5 days. lots of cake, choc, wine, pancakes, sugar....you name it: i scoffed it!!
also my totm, but cant always blame that right??? lol

writing my food diary on here does really help, so even though i know it probably bores the socks of you guys, im going to continue with it!!

RIGHT> pancake day OVER, NO more excuses.

welldone to all the loser fo far, i think considering what soem of you guys have mentioned about celebrating at the weekend, its not so bad..
