Well done SOTW and SOTM!!!
Well done kpc for not giving in to the vending machine
BB- are you eating regular meals?? apparently we should eat every 3-4hours as anything longer will decrease our metabolism and so we end up overcompensating and eating more as we think we are in starvation mode...(i'm sure you have heard it all before)
And a big thanks to fredsnail for the chart!!! three cheers for you!0 -
awww beanie, i feel for you as i keep doing exactly the same. I look at myself in my too tight clothes and feel uncomfortable and unhappy with how i look and feel - so why is it that i still don't seem able to kick myself into gear and do something properly? I suspect it's all about self esteem for me, how about you?0

I don't nessisarily eat regular meals, but I do try to have a healthy snack mid morning and afternoon, and if I'm getting hungar pangs or sugar cravings I make a homemade milkshake. When you next have some bananas on the way to going off chop them up and pop them in a freezer bag and freeze. They can be pealed, and dont go black, they freeze suprisingly well. Then when you have your sugar craving throw a large handful of banana pieces in the blender, along with a glass of milk (about 250ml). Blitz for a few minuites, and pour into a fairly large glass (it expands!). Viola, one chilly, thick milkshake, no ice cream required! At around 150 cals it is a reasonably low cal treat, but is sweet, very filling, and packed full of vitamins and minerals.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Morning:D for filling fuller for longer meals try the M&S ones they are divine, expensive yes but the mushroom and steak pie made with mash at 400 cals was so lovely it is a pleasure to be on a diet:rotfl:and the singapore noodle one and the chicken with couscous and the spaghetti and meatballs they were all so very lovely so much nicer than the WW meals, perfect apart from a lot of them I left behind because of the high fat and sugar content and because they were so expensive, feel really bad and indulgent to have 3 meals for nearly £10:eek: at 70p WW meals you can get loads of days out of £10, shame you get what you pay for and no one can knock the fabness of M&S food:D we have decided if they do the dine in for £10 around Valentines day we shall have that as everyone keeps raving about it and at £5 each is much cheaper than going out:D0

thanks for the chart Fred:T
Thanks for the thought QT: unfortunately I am on medication that makes me very hungry within an hr of eating and I am not able to to take regular exercise either. As for regular meals - yup i have never been able to skip meals in my life.
I know what i need to do, I just don't have the spare energy at the mo to be bothered. Cost is also a factor -I do better of more protein and less carbs. Also it feels easier to reach for toast at the mo than make scrambled eggs etc. I've got a lot going on a the mo, which is all good stuff, including kind of setting up a little business and I am just no good at macro multitasking. So in otherwords, meal planning, food buying and exercise are way down the list because other things I have longer for for years have priority at the mo.
The important thing is to keep logging on here and I will certainly do that. Some nice spring weather will probably be very motivating:).I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once0 -
Victory - I love the M&S dine in for two. The last one we got was a chicken (yep full massive chicken), roast potatoes with rosemary, and chocolate torte (and of course bottle of wine) mmmmm lovely.0
