I have a range of clothes, some of them are too big but surprisingly comforting, Gok would shout at me if he saw how I slober around:rotfl:others are too tight but I wear them because they remind me that I must stay focused and loose the weight and keep it off and others are just plain old but do the job, if I had the money I am sure I would dress better but the car boot sales have not started yet, I do go shopping and try on things and dream, some of them are so lovely but so expensive they stay in the shop and don't come home with me:D0

Clothes shopping is an expensive lark! I bought a dress for £40 for new years eve, i know i wont wear it again! Hopefully i can sell it on as its quite current.0

I agree - having to replace stuff I've shrunk out of is costing quite a bit. Determined to stay the size I am now for a long while (just a little lighter)0

Sorry Fred - I forgot all about posting yesterday but I did weigh myself and it was a STS.
Well done all you losers.
Commiserations all you STSers and gainers --- we're in good company and we WILL get back on track again soon. We've done it before and we can do it again!0 -

So proud of myself - I was in the pool at 6.30am today!! Just had porridge for brekky (with no brown sugar or jam); got a little bit of work to do this morning then its off to the shops for some retail therapy - got a couple of birthday pressies to buy. Just need to avoid the temptations of the various cafes and their chocolate muffins....:D
