    Welcome Eric!

    Many thanks :j

Like many here I suspect I have been suffering the normal yo yo weight loss and then pile it all back on with interest for many years.

Super motivated at the moment :A but I suspect like every other time that will just diminish with time so i suspect I am going to need some support eventually to stay on focus, I am determined to sort this once and for all. It was never going to happen whilst being in debt but as I am about to shut the door to that room its time to open the door to this room and sort my health out. :T

What does 'pinking' on the chart mean?

Basically that for whatever reason we have elected to be zeored on the the chart & start afresh.
Talking of which I have finally weighed myself & have a starting point:eek:

    Hi all, welcome Eric...

I am so happy that the weekend is nigh, although I am a bit worried that I will slip into bad habits as I did last weekend.

I am off shopping and lunching with the girls on saturday so at least I will be out of the house and away from the bad food!! However I am not sure what to do, should I eat lunch with everyone (probably Nandos) as they all love it, or should I have my lunch before and just have a coffee or have a side or something light when I am out.

I don't wanna be difficult, but I think I may end of getting chicken, chips, coleslaw etc as usual with perinaise. If I say I am gonna have a salad I can imagine the looks I will get from now....

So I will have to think about this...

Anyway have a great weekend all and be good ;)
