Wh00t. My first week and it's a 1 lb loss for me!

Wasn't even trying, so I imagine it'll be back on next week! Whoops.

Pep How are you finding the Couch to 5k programme? Suggested it to my sister as she said she wanted to get fit and as she's a student running and walking would be cheap but so far she has just paid it lip service!

http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/Programs/agressive_program.htm This is the one I'm doing. (don't let the triathlete bit in the website name put you off) It's really easy and when I can get off my lazy **** I find it really good. After a while you do get a buzz for it and in 3 months your running for 30mins. There's also a couch to 5k thread here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1189011

I'm on holiday from work this week and i just cannot get the motivation to do anything. It's been heavenly. Although have found myself drinking more coffee than normal, which means i'm eating less. Maybe I should take more time off work in future and just sit n drink coffee all day :j

Pep, I'm glad to see someone else who enjoys the finer things in life, I know Lurpak isn't very MSE but.... is there an alternative to it?

definately not MSE but definately worth a try. Try not to look at the calories or fat content  (and I wonder why I'm not losing weight)

    Here's this weeks chart:

    27jan10.jpg

Congrats to our SOTW Minxz and our SOTM chonorla.

Well done to all the stsers and losers. Commisserations to those who gained - don't get disheartened or beat yourselves up about it - you can't change the past, just accept it and start again. Good luck to everyone for next week.

Bananasplit, Hezza and Peppop - you will all be pinked from the next chart.

After next weeks chart I will remove people who have not posted a result since before January.
