oh_know Hello :hello:Pep How are you finding the Couch to 5k programme? Suggested it to my sister as she said she wanted to get fit and as she's a student running and walking would be cheap but so far she has just paid it lip service!
http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/Programs/agressive_program.htm This is the one I'm doing. (don't let the triathlete bit in the website name put you off) It's really easy and when I can get off my lazy **** I find it really good. After a while you do get a buzz for it and in 3 months your running for 30mins. There's also a couch to 5k thread here http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1189011Pep me too!!! Lurpak all the way! That and my crisps!
I did have some toast n butter this morning. But I've been mega good otherwise, even had an apple instead of crisps :j
got a nice pork chinesey thing with noodles for dinner tonight.
Mazza you are my snack twin :T:T0 -
Beanie: Maybe its the cold, its rather cold here, so lord knows what its like up your end. It always makes me want to eat more when im vibrating in the cold!0

I'm on holiday from work this week and i just cannot get the motivation to do anything. It's been heavenly. Although have found myself drinking more coffee than normal, which means i'm eating less. Maybe I should take more time off work in future and just sit n drink coffee all day :j
Pep, I'm glad to see someone else who enjoys the finer things in life, I know Lurpak isn't very MSE but.... is there an alternative to it?4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0 -

I'm scared to say this but there is one.....:shhh:

definately not MSE but definately worth a try. Try not to look at the calories or fat content  (and I wonder why I'm not losing weight)0 -
Cool will see if my tesco stocks it and give it a go. Avoid looking at fat content and calories in butter anyhoo :rotfl:4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

Here's this weeks chart:
Congrats to our SOTW Minxz and our SOTM chonorla.
Well done to all the stsers and losers. Commisserations to those who gained - don't get disheartened or beat yourselves up about it - you can't change the past, just accept it and start again. Good luck to everyone for next week.
Bananasplit, Hezza and Peppop - you will all be pinked from the next chart.
After next weeks chart I will remove people who have not posted a result since before January.0
