Such a thrill isn't it Rosie. Just don't become too complacent. Too bl00dy easy. I too was a starting weight of 16st. Then got down to 12 and was over the moon and jumping for joy. A slight lapse and a stone jumped back on when I wasn't looking. Starting to come off slowly now though. and down to 12st 9lbs.

Keeping my fingers crossed for ya that you have a nice weight loss for next week and week after to get under that barrier. Way to go you!!! great achievement :j:j:j

Well pleased to report my first loss of the year....wait for it ....drum roll please....
    0.5lb loss
But at least its a loss, haven't done much exercise this month and had a pretty boozy night (on lager as well) but on the plus side cut out almost all little snacks. Easy room for improvement and a bigger loss next week.

And the first step to that improvement is the 2 mile jog I've just completed, felt really hard as I haven't run outside in ages but feel good now. And also got belly dancing tonight. And I'm going to wear my slinky size 12 dress to dinner tonight as I deserve to look and feel good.

  • oh dear... BB on the naughty step: +1lb on again please fred. I just can't seem to focus. I know exactly whatI need to do but last about half a day at the mo.
Pains have dimished again thanks sary; the meds seem to have settled once more.
Having a bit of sludgy slow day and joints all stiff and brain addled so will try and pop back laters. Otherwise life good and yesterday felt really bouncy and got a lot done.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Can you zero me AGAIN please Fred and pink me AGAIN. (sorry to be a pain in the a**e)

OK it's official. I weighed myself this morning and I am 11s 4¾lb. Granted it's not the worst I've been (12s 8lb) but it's far from my best (9s 3lb). It would be a lot better if it didn't all go on round my stomach and make me look 8 months pregnant. So I have kicked myself up the backside and I start AGAIN today.

Breakfast : crunchy nut cornflakes and milk
Lunch: carrot and sweet potato soup and a buttered roll (Can't eat dry rolls but will swap from brown bread tomorrow)
