Macgirl's "Stop Procrastinating and Get on with it" Diary

Ooops not updated for a couple of days. Concentrating on work, running and fat busting has meant that debt busting has taken a back seat
I went out for tea with my friend the other night and ended up paying for her meal :wall: Why do I make such grand gestures when I'm skint?????!!!!?! Argghhh
And breathe
Nearly at payout on one scratch, looking forward to the 10k on Sunday and an otherwise cheap and low calorie weekend - yes the weekend is here in Macworld0 -
Popping by to say hi  as haven't been around diaries for a while.

:j Hurray - the shopping centre has just called to say that little DD's coat has been handed in!!! :j
That has made my day and restored my faith in human nature! Right time to get them to bed - I need a small celebratory glass of wine (any excuse)

Excellent news that DDs coat has been handed in! It would have made my day too - especially when you had written it off :TSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Feeling very low today.
TOM which doesn't help, feel sluggish and, well....like a slug. A fat one.
Have overeaten according to my nutracheck diary (not that I needed a diary to point that out). Just felt like being rebellious and sticking two fingers up to the World today.
So I ate a healthy salad, then a flapjack, 2 kitkats, chocolate and 2 oat cookiesBut today, I don't even care.
I have to buy new tyres, a passport (for work), get the brakes done and get the car taxed. My overdraft is up too, as I have bought clothes when I shouldn't have.
I have a huge pile to Ebay, when I stop procrastinating - which would clear the OD.
I have no will power. I am a disaster zone.
The house is growing laundry like The Blob and is a disgrace, but I couldn't care less. I cannot muster the energy to touch it today.
Sorry for the boring ramble, but I figured that is what this diary is for. I know I'll be ok tomorrow or the day after, and will maybe look at this and it will reignite my resolve. But for today, the batteries are dead.0 -
((hugs)) mac - we all have ups and downs on this journey, and I know my own are pretty bleak, and not very pleasant at all.
But, I will say what everyone says to me - tomorrow is another day. Write today off. Who cares about what you have eaten. But when you go to bed, say out loud to yourself "tomorrow I will........."
Then, when you wake up tomorrow, say "right, today I will......." and get on with the day.
The crap times come, but they also go.......xSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Good Morning, thanks Hypno
I'm a bit embarrassed baring my soul on here when there are many with real problems. I was just tired and hormonalSo I can't allow myself to wallow for long.
I always go to bed with a plan for tomorrow and always wake up with a "Right, xyz", but thanks again, it's much appreciated.
I went for a 30 minute run this morning, then did 20 minutes of my delightfully named "Blast Off Belly Fat" DVD.
Came home, stripped the beds, thrown a load in the washer and am about to start the ironing. I've dragged all my Ebay stuff together and will photograph it later.
So, a good start. Have a good day if you're reading x0 -
