    can i join please.i know its half way through month nearly but i have lost 3lbs this monthand i have been looking for somewhere that isn't promoting a specific diet.
    i have lost 1 stone since begining of oct as was told i have high cholesterol,
    :oIn 2009 i finally gave up smoking Have been smoke free for 3 years!!!!!!
    Weight Watchers starting weight 12.6
    Target weight 10st current weight - -10 st 7lb
    Aim to be debt free by Jan 2013! not now just bought a house:D

    Me too TARA747, had a 3 course meal at frankie and benny's , but on the plus side, 5 hour's christmas shopping, so the best I can hope for is a stay the same!

    Me...I've been as good as gold.

    I'm not weighing this week, just to see how it makes it for me...so I'll weigh on Friday.

    Hi guys, well I had my weigh-in today. TBH I haven't really had my head in gear since I started this month.

    Last week I lost weight, but put it back on and ended up the same as at the start of the week....

    This week I didn't get going till the weekend, but have finished the week 1lb down. So that's 1lb down on the month and a lot of catching up to do.

    I KNOW I CAN DO IT!!! :o

    Hope everyone else is on the way down xxx
