No extra pounds in November

zzzLazyDisy:party its possibly because you feel positive and good. Life goes on, and making adaptations in the rest of diet to ''make space'' for social eating seems to me a sensible response.
Even though I've been ill I know that one of the things that puts me off going out more often socially is the change in my appearance. Its inevitable as that changes that I'll have the same ''problem''. but actually living is importnat, as important to our health as being a correct weight and for people like the Dragon and me...taking out medicine.
Have a great time out!0 -
Hope everyone is well today
I weighed in on the Wii-fit today at 11st 4lbs, so a loss of 3lbs so far this month :j

Well I managed to weigh in yesterday, and I am down a pound - still means I am over 22 stone but heck it is creeping down! As soon as I finish this course of anti-b's I should be able to get back to eating again and tracking my food (and hopefully exercising! will ask the doc on Wednesday). I hope everyone else is doing okay.

Hi All.
Well done Dragon - at least it's heading in the right direction, all be it slowly! :T
Well weigh in day for me today, and I managed a loss of 2lb's, so that make's me 19 stone on the nose!! really don't know how though as It seem's like i've been stuffing my face all week
with all the wrong thing's - maybe it will show next week! :eek:
Never did hardly any exercise to speak of, can't remember the last time I went swimming, my only exercise has been the school run and work. Have been watching the portion sizes, but on the negative side I have been eating biscuits and crisps, so maybe it's swings and round-a-bouts! who knows!!!
As long as it keeps coming of eh?? who am I to complain!
Anyway, have a good week peep's. :A:money::money::money::money:

I've just weighed in on the Wii Fit to find that I've stayed the same. Well I suppose at least I didn't put on and I haven't been exactly good either! I still managed to do 35 mins on the Wii Fit though. I am not very good at exercise and need all the motivation I can get.
Well done to all those who have lost - I hope to be joining you next week.Debt free and Keeping on Track0 -
