    I've been Money Tipped!
Hello everyone, hope everyone is safe in the fright ful weather.

The sun is out here. :)

And i just went for my check up with GP, first week of mediction change.

Doctor: Hop on the scales then, lets see

Lost: Haven't done this all week, so I'm keen to see...

Doctor: thts a loss, a loss of 2

Lost: 2lbs, great, down is good!

    Doctor: No, 2 kg!

So, peeps, I have a week, and I might yetmake the seven pounds this month!

All my other results were good too, this med is meant to raise blood pressure (I have low bp normally, but i have a fear of GPs, so my GP blood ressure redings are higher than if the nurse or a consultant does them) and today my BP was my normal one, so goodness knows what's happening, but it seems good to me!

First weigh in of the month and I've lost 6lbs. :j
My next weigh isn't until 6th December so will have to call my November loss as 6lb and just be one lb out from my target. I am happy with that as its as close as makes no difference, and I should have hopefully lost at least more more pound before 1 December anyway.

    Good luck to everyone else.

Lostinrates - 2kg??!! Wow! Glad to hear that all the other results were good too :T

I couldn't weigh myself at the usual time today, so will do it tomorrow, or Monday. Excuses, moi?

:j 2lbs off for me :) Weighed in the Wii-fit at 11st 2lbs this morning, so that's a total loss of 5lbs so far this month. I've got a night out this week, which could mean hangover eating on Saturday morning, so I'll be happy to stay the same this coming week! I'm going to weigh-in next on Monday 30th.

2lb off for me too! I am thrilled!!

    Hi Lost...

I succoumbed to a yogurt maker yesterday, and it really is very simple. I had ow fat unsweetend apricot yogurt from a pre bought mix this lunch time and it was good.

Is it an easiyo? I have one but I don't use the sachets, I just make yog with a litre of UHT, a couple of tbs of yog from my last batch (both at room temp). Give it a shake and leave overnight in the yog maker (a bit less time if you prefer your yog a bit sweeter) and bingo - instant probiotic yog for about 50p (the cost of a carton of UHT from ALDI)

I'm finding CC a pain now its all yahooed or whatever, nothing works quite the same

Hmmm, I haven't had a problem, but I'm on firefox and I have my page bookmarked on my toolbar so I am always logged in and I just go straight to my page. Might be worth a try?

    Hope this helps?

Yes its an easiyo...half price at lakeland. I had been experimenting with the sachets before trying to make my own, bu having proportions and knowing it will work really inspires me (DH eats loads of yogurt!)

I'm on firefox with the toolbar too....I might have fussed with something and might need to re registyer or something. Its really annoying because I find it amazingly useful, so will dedicate some time to that this week.

    thank you!
