This is me ..... sulking :mad:, I've put on 800g this week
, still another half week to go before the end of the November challenge so time to see if I can shift that AND a bit more!

Final weigh in for November actually happened today (1st December :rotfl:) and I lost weight! I am back below 22 stone and lost 7.5 pounds in the month :beer:Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

Managed to stay the same this month - hurray at last!
Finally seem to have got the "maintaining weight" calorie intake in my head.
The difference between maintaining and loosing for me seems to be: a bit of cake and custard (or similar) at the weekends, a couple more pints of beer in the week, 3 squares of milk chocolate a day, an apple or bannana in the afternoons, ordinary soup and bread instead of "low calorie" soup (no need to put up with weight watchers bread either).
That makes the extra 500 calories a day on average.
