pebblespop - the majority of ingredients in those are free on all plans - so it'll only be the minimal 'additives' that need synning - go and buy it
it;s just the main ingrediant in them is potato so i can't understand why it would only be 1.5 syns on red day (which is what i am doing today).
i will just go with the flow - if it's what the webiste says who am i to argue!0 -
Exactly! Oh, yes I forgot about the potato bit!0

Silly question, does anyone know the cadbury magic elves? Syns online say 3.5 syns for 17.5g bar but do you only get one size as I can't see the packet size anywhere on it, does anyone know where the pack size might be hiding or do some things just not have the size?
Also does anyone have recipe of corned beef quiche and breakfast quiche, think consultnat mentioned it, or can point me in direction where I might find these recipes.

according to Google images the weight is on the front, bottom right - by his foot? i doubt there is more than one size to be honest. How about weighing it? Some things don't have the size on them if they're part of a multi-pack but I think everything else should have it on.
I don't have the corned beef quiche as a) it isn't free anymore and b) I used to make hash instead!

whisk 4 eggs. Chop up cooked bacon, a couple of cooked low syn sausages and add anything else you fancy. Add to the egg with salt and ground black pepper. Whisk together, pour into a quiche tin and cook Gas 6 for 40 mins or until cooked and golden on top. You can add a hea of grated cheese to the top if you like.0
