Well folks I've just been to a meeting and some of the news is very sad
Pasta quiche is no longer free  Polenta in all it's forms is no longer free  and there were other things too I seem to think, but I was too traumatised to listen properly, lol.
However, as always, SW are the first to tell you, if you've always had these things and are losing steadily, carry on. If though, your losses are not what you may want, then maybe it's time to cut out (or at least cut down).
There's a new Food Optimising book due out in January which will automatically be issued to new members, but current members can buy it if they wish for £3......which I think is a really good price as there will be quite a few changes to healthy extras too.
The emphasis from January will be on the Extra Easy plan but if you're a dedicated Green or Original person it's still going to be there for you to follow. However, the Mix2Max plan is to be discontinued mainly because it's quite similar to EE (though again if you're losing on it, carry on).I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Haven't had time to go all through it yet but those were the ones that struck me as sad, lol. I love pasta quiches.
I'll look tomorrow if I get a chance and let you know what I find. Meanwhile as I said, if it's suited you up to now, keep going with it.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Extra Easy is no good if you are mainly veggie. I eat fish occasionally but I do mostly green days.
