    Baby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j
  • I've lost 2.5lbs! I am 1/2 a lb away from my 2 stone target! :D

Then 7bs away from my actual target! :D

With all my past eating problems I am sp pleased with myself.

I found an old SW book from beginning of 2008. I weighed 1st 5lbs more when I started then that I did when I started this year. Actually I weighed less after I had the baby than I did before. And I wasn't even sick...!

Hope you are all well. How you doing Skint Catt?

Hi, Lisa - well done you! That's a fab loss and soo close to target! :D

I'm not bad thanks. Was at FIL's from Thursday - Sunday this week (the most un-friendly SW place in the world) but just had minimal breakfast & dinner, so hopefully under 2000 calories a day (have to look at it like that when I can't work out the syns!) Not sure if I've done any good by not eating much but i'm tucking into a huge fruit salad from Costco for lunch so fingers crossed!

  • i started SW again a few weeks ago. My consultant is absolutely lovely- she is soooo inspirational she makes me want to stay right till the end. I think i am much more determined this time. I'm hoping to get my 1/2 stone next week- i will be so happy if i do. I have at least 4 stone to lose. I wondered though if anyone has the pan haggerty recipe that they would like to share with me?? I seen it at group and thought i would try it, but cant find it anywhere on t'internet!

    Thanks!

Anyone got any ideas what I can do with a block of ready made polenta? Jenni suggested it for frying with a green day brekkie, but I'm not all that keen (sorry hun!) and wondered what else I can do with it?

i ussually make stews /casseroles (on red days and MSE days in the winter ) using slow cooker, don't have use of hob at the moment, is it Ok to just put mince, chicken etc straight into slow cooker without browning on hob first?
