evening all! consultant, I hate beetroot so much, could give me all the money in the world and I wouldn't eat it knowingly... I went to a farmers market and tried a cake (before i started SW!), the stallholder wouldn't tell anyone what was in it until we all tried, it was lovely with a lovely butter cream top... it was a BEETROOT cake!! I couldn't believe it! It was so good, I bought the whole cake. Haven't touched beetroot since."I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and... I believe in miracles."

Hi everyone - today was my birthday:jand almost every present I got was of the chocolate variety:rolleyes:. AM v grateful for the presents (especially as my birthday officially stopped existing as soon as I gave birth for the first time;)) but LOTS of food going on. My fab sister gave me wine and Pringles - yum yum BUT have been so focussed this week I just don't really want to mess it all up.
I had planned out today - a flexible day, but I knew exactly where the extra syns were coming from (birthday cake and some sweets when I went out this afternoon).
Mind you was trying on clothes yesterday - and while I can't say I'm much smaller than a little while ago, things definately look so much better on me now:T - so I guess thats the my motivation.
Anyway - shall just have to break the habit of a lifetime and share the chocolate!:rotfl:Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side
November GC £255/£3000 -
Well I completely messed up yesterday and ate 3 pieces of Dominos pizza. It was a celebration for DS1 who had a great parents evening (except from his French teacher)
back on track today - off to have Fruit and Fibre and skimmed milk for breakfast.0 -

You didn't use all your syns so I would suggest syning your milk in your tea and having cheese as your other HEa. Can't help with the hot thick buttered toast though. :rotfl:0 -

Had a good day yesterday, ate all of my allowances plus 12 syns although would have liked to make it fewer since I am gonna need a few extra over the weekend. And managed a 3 mile walk. Swimming this morning and hopefully will manage another 3 mile walk as well. Oh and masses of housework this morning (morning off) which must count for something
Got visitors at the weekend though and think it's gonna be tough to watch the alcohol syns. I'm not really a big drinker but with these guys it's the regularity of the drinking (wine with lunch and dinner!) that's the problem. Fingers crossed. I am at least going to log everything even if I do go a little bit over.
Hope you all have a good weekend!
Oh PS at the minute my chocolate treat is a count on us choc mousse from M&S (4 syns). Can anyone suggest anything else satisfying and chocolately that's 5 or less? Not counting hot chocolate which does not do the job for me0 -

this is a really good deal, for anyone who exercises or who is going to take it up! Ive bought the dumbell & thigh trimmer set, and teh walking set. Fab deal!
Ive been pretty good still this week, though probably over-doing it on chips! My actifry is fab, and I have been having gorgoues syn-free chips every day for teh past 3 days - think I am going to have to hide it!0 -

I buy those boxes of Flakes (called 99 flakes) that are meant to go in ice cream cones - proper cadburys chocolate for only 2.5 syns! So you could have 2 for your 5 syns.0
