I need to know the Syns of the following
Morrisons baked potato with cheese

Went to a friends for lunch!
My syns book is away cos I've had the decorators in.

If you were standing up it's syn-free:rotfl:
Sorry - stupid joke. Mince pies are many many syns - someone with access to the syns calculator will tell you - but just don't eat another and you should be ok. If you have already eaten another - let yourself enjoy the 'full of mince pie' feeling and get straight back to food optimising;)
I broke in half and shook the calories out0 -
hi everyone! really disappointed, couldn't make it to my meeting in time for WI because of the bad weather. can't decide whether to run over to boots and weigh myself or wait until next WI! Feeling super motivated atm, bought a Christmas dress online in my usual size 12 and it's too big! I honestly can't remember the last time I got myself into a size 10! It's a hassle to send back, but a good hassle.
Caroline, please don't feel bad about eating a mince pie, just carry on with food optimising as normal and I'm sure you'll be fine.

Going to start SW again tomorrow, (for the 3rd time now in about 4 years I think), I'm in my final year at uni and I'm overeating with stress / to distract myself it seems, so I just need to get myself back on track again, would like to lose a couple of stone, healthy body=healthy mind. I don't feel in the right mind for it at the moment though, so hopefully will feel more inspired after tomorrow, and I searched out this thread in hope of motivation, so fingers crossed! Not looking forward to seeing the numbers that appear on the scales tomorrow!0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100

Haven't posted on this for a couple of weeks as I was off from class last week on holiday - but I have been lurking looking at all the posts I love reading them all and getting good tips! Thanks to you all .
So had my WI last night and lost 5 pounds! Was amazed but that was over 2 weeks so 2 and a half pound average. I got my first stone award and slimmer of the month.
Back onto it today as usual - had a few voddies with a friend who was over visiting last night but I had planned for them so it was ok .
Got a work leaving do tom nite -dinner and drinks should be fine tho cos I will make sure im good the rest of the week.
Thankfully I can't bear mince pies! Eugh yuk! Its defo chocolate for me all the way tho

For the first time in my life I really am just hoping and aiming for a weight loss of 1 lb per week. It has removed the pressure and unrealistic expectations from me. I would like/need to get a stone off and possibly another half stone but it depends on if my face gets scraggy!Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01
Taking part in Sealed Pot No.819/2011
Only essentials on Ebay/Amazon0 -
OK well 1lb on last night at WI, not unexpected since I hadn't really been doing the eating plan and hadn't managed my normal level of exercise last week either. My goal this week is to stick to the eating plan 100% and to keep up the level of exercise that I had been doing till now. My hope is that this would take me down to overweight rather than obese
by this time next week.
Boiled eggs for breakfast, lentil soup for lunch and bean chilli with wholegrain rice for dinnerGot my day planned already. I also plan to take a walk out at lunchtime and pick up some fruit since I really haven't been eating enough of this.
thanks for the welcome and hope you're all doing well. It's a beautiful day here in Belfast which always helps my determination.0 -
