Thanks consultant - really feel like I can do it this time. Got to goal once on WW about 3 years ago but always felt hungry and deprived, hence why I eventually snapped and started eating everything in sight, putting on weight and being heavier now than ever  I don't think I can ever quite believe that being able to eat so much will work, despite seeing so many other people being successful on SW (including my mum), as I'm so used to success meaning deprivation. But the proof will be in the pudding this time, mmm pudding...!
Ah mince pies - used to hate all christmassy stuff like that - xmas pudding, mince pies, xmas cake, trifle (although the tins of chocs and selection boxes always went down well!). Still not keen on most of them but adore mince pies - like someone else said, will maybe try to just have 1 on christmas day.

what does everyone have for emergency snacks on red days? you know when you just wanna grab something quick and fruit/mullers don't hit the spot? esp if I fancy something warm/hot?
I want to try doing a few more red days for variety but I struggle cos of snacking ideas and end up making them kinda extra easy days instead
thanksMum of 7 (aged 14y to 1y)
loving SW - 5st off and counting! :j0 -
Good luck Catt!
Mummy dumpling - I have the same problem with red days.
I eat lots of bananas! Sometimes I have an omlette or a bit of bacon and egg and my other favourite is a tin of mackerel in mustard sauce if they are on offer in Tesco. I think I might be on my own there!August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -

Well - even if you have a bad week it's worth weighing in! I lost 1.5lbs and went just over my stone award!
Only 5.5 stone to go........! Next mini target is 7lbs away which will get me under the next stone and get my 1.5 stone award
Hope to get this for Xmas as I won't now get my Club 10 by then!

newMS - welcome :hello:
SW = free food, Healthy Extras (weighed & measured food for fibre, calcium etc) plus weighed and measured pointed food (syns - can have 5 to 15 per day) That's pretty much all there is to it and you are encouraged to fill up on the free (unlimited & no weighing) food!
We have a couple at our class who gave up smoking together 4 weeks ago. He's lost 9.5lbs and she's lost 5.5lbs so far!!0 -
