Hi all:j
Been MIA since the end of last week & bad news on the Sw front as well. Still I gritted my teeth - WI day today - & I lost 1lb - which is great considering:D Now trying to keep on the fairly straight & narrow this week if I can. Going for EE today - does this sound OK please??
B: marions rice & ML
L: HM leek & veg soup & 1/2 slice wm bread (HEB)Roast veg & spuds in FL, roast beef, syns - gravy perhaps/mustard/horseradish sauce
Hope your doggie is OK Marion
what is Marion's Rice and ML please? I am intrigued.
Also, the Fry Light - is it only the sunflower we can use for SW chips or is the fry light olive oil ok to be used instead?
Thanks
and Marion, so pleased that your doggy is ok after the fright.0 -
Marions rice is cooked pudding rice mixed with a Muller Light (ML) and sometimes the matching fruit. It's a free brekkie (or snack!) on Green or EE.
All versions of Fry Light are free - inc the Olive Oil one, the stir-fry one and the Salad Lites (the ceaser salad spray is supposed to be good)
Nic - hope you both get better soon - I had a cold some weeks ago but I ended up rushing OH to the Dr last Thursday as he'd been ill while away and i've never heard a cough like it when he got back. Thankfully, he's ok now.
Completed 60 mins on the Cross Trainer today - and feel so proud of myself!0 -

Which one laura?
This is the Quarter Pounder
8½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
13 Syns per package/portion on Green
8½ Syns per package/portion on Original0 -
one with cheese and bacon. how did you find it? thanks!! x0

Went to the Rustlers website for nutritional info and put it into the calculator on the SW website
Will do the Deluxe (Cheese & Bacon) now for you;
8½ Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
13 Syns per package/portion on Green
8½ Syns per package/portion on Original
Hmm, comes out the same as the calculator doesn't ask for extra's! I'm sure they should be higher than that!
Must say these syn values are based on 100g - as I don't know the pack size/weights sorry.0 -
thanks for that!0
