One way of doing it is after you have finished reading this thread, save it to favs. Then the next morning click on your saved fav and it will take you to the page you were last reading the previous day. Delete that fav, do thats days reading then save to favs again. Sounds complicated but is easy when you get into the habit of it.

hello everyone I am back from my hols!! I got back yesterday evening after being redirected to amsterdam instead of gatwick!!! so missed my class grrr. I have no idea how much weight I've gained and am trying to start a fresh tomorrow now. I do however have a new copy of the pack so will go through it all and try my hardest this week

Very bad planning today. At work until 8 without any fruit or Syn free snacks to keep me going and absolutely starving. Sooo looking forward to the Salmon Teryaki from the Jan/Feb mag that I'm making when I get home. Hope it's as good as it sounds - will report back.

Can someone please check if Warburtons Wholemeal Seeded Batch loaf counts as a HEB?

According to my list and the SW site it is not a HEB sorry! Here is the syn value:
