Yeah it's 1.5 syns per 100g but that's all i can usually eat of it anyway before boxing, if i eat too much i end up feeling ill. No doubt will have more syn free soup after class.0

Morning All,
Another cold day here, fog/mist so heavy that I cant see to the end of my garden.
Am planning on having fruit salad and a muller light for brekkie but not sure about the rest of the day? I want to make some soup and make give those free falfels a go as they sounds YUM.

morning all! thanks candy - spose it's about going back to basics!
I bought myself a set of scales last night, I've been missing so many classes because of the weather and being too busy that I need to keep an eye on my weight on the weeks I can't make it.
Yesterday was another green day,
breakfast - bran flakes, melon
lunch - vegetable soup, small veggie sushi selection
snacks - banana, f/f yoghurts, 1 jaffa cake (surprising as I can easily eat 1/2 a packet hehe)
dinner - a couple of boiled eggs (bit embarrassed by this but by the time I got home, I was so tired and couldn't be bothered making anything!)

i only ate the head coz i started to feel sick! i ate more than i wanted to really but i carried on eating like u do!
not feeling very happy today, i'm not one to binge when i'm sad tho! having a red day today
weetabix (A&B)
ham sandwich (B) with a cheese triangle (1 syn? laughing cow extra light)
fruit & ff natural yogurt
more fruit to snack on
stew for tea with lots of swede and carrot. got some aunt bessies dumplings so depending on the syns may have some.
need to try and drink more, haven't drunk enough this week.0 -

I walked to work, but not in my new trainers yet, didn't want to get blisters! Still need to wear them in. Will walk home too.
Green day
B - shreddies and skimmed milk (HEA and HEB) - need to buy another HEB cereal for breakfast when I next go shopping as I'm getting bored of shreddies, but they fill me up so need to pick carefully!
L - salad, with hard boiled egg, quorn sausage, potato salad (1 syn for LF mayo) and muller light
Snacks - fruit
Not decided on dinner yet. Probably something with tofu as I have half an open pack in fridge.

Morning all!
Have done 55 on the Wii, including 15 mins jogging round the island. That was hard but I a pleased I did it!
B: weetabix, sk milk & banana (Heb & 1/2 a Hea)
L: veg soup & pearswholemeal pasta with mushroom/tomato sauce & 28g lf cheddar (other 1/2 Hea)
snacks: frozen fruit (defrosted!) with FF activia yogurt, apple, satsuma, 2 Ryvita fruit thingies.

I think she means that when she logs back in to this thread how can she see what was the last post she read and go back to it rather than trawl through all the pages. I know you can do this but ive never figured out lol, ill have another look. I think thats what Annie meant anyway, sorry if not.

Ok so first day on SW, having an extra easy day as that's what the consultant seemed to be pushing at the class for newbies.
Brekkie - 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 cup of tea with SS milk (HEa) and 1 sugar (syn)
Snack - 1 apple, 1 can coke zero
Lunch - SW no syn chilli (lots of added veg), boiled rice, water
Dinner - Steamed trout, HM wedges (HEb for the olive oil), baby corn and green beans. Dessert was a tesco healthy living pudding at 7 syns, can of coke zero
Tomorrow I'm thinking more fruit for brekkie, lunch will be HM syn free soup, snacks will be fruit/coke zero, dinner will be a 100g sushi tray as i need something quick before boxing class. HEa will be milk in my teas and HEb will be bread with my soup.
Does this look right?
that all looks good Jen, maybe try and drink more water. The more water of diluting jice you drink the more It helps weight loss also. and also have you tried making SW wedges using frylight instead of oil? it will sae you a heb or 6 syns and I think they are pretty good. I usually add chilli flakes or seasoning to give them a kick.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0
