    Evening Ladies

Had a good ish day today
B - Muller light youghurt and banana
L - Pasta with tomato sauce with a little fresh chicken, spinach, rocket and peppers in
D - Chicken and mushroom omlette and salad.

Snacked on some tangerines throughout the day.

Had 2 biscuits when I gave blood, they supply them afterwards, it would have been rude to refuse lol

    So far today I've had:

Breakfast - Cup of tea (1 sugar (1 or 2 syns) + bit of milk from HEA), Bowl of weetabix chocolate weetos (6 syns, rest of 250ml of SS milk to complete a HEA)
Lunch - <1% fat chicken pasta mugshot (free), mullerlight (free) Alpen light bar (0.5 of a HEB)
Snack - Alpen light bar (0.5 of a HEB)
Dinner - SW chips, frylight egg and beans (all free)

Would any of you know how many syns is in a 28g bowl of weetabix chocolate weetos? Don't suppose they are a HEB? Would really appreciate if someone would have a wee check on the SW site for me :)

    Does my day look ok?
Forgot to say it's a green day lol

    Thanks

No problem! Forgot to tell you that your day looked OK (except for the weetos;)), but think you could do with adding some fruit and veg - didn't see any!?

Hi, could somebody please check the syn value of Sainsburys indian vegetable curry? It's going to be my Friday treat, but looks a bit worrying! 100g has 103 cals, 13g fat. Can you work it out from that or do you need more info? A pack weighs 400g so I will probably just eat half. Thanks.

Has anyone else made the "free on green days" falafels that were featured in the latest magazine? I made them earlier and had them for dinner eith sw chips and salad. They were rank!!!! Maybe being a vege I've been spoiled by lovely deep fried ones? I've got 2/3 of the mixture left so will try again tomorrow, maybe cooked in a frying pan with fry light so I can turn them rather than oven baked as per recipe??
    WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbs
    Weight today = 17st 6.5lbs
    Loss to date 32.5lbs!!!
