Yep I have a problem in that I don't really eat veg (except mushrooms, peas, onions and sometimes peppers) and not the biggest fan of fruit, though I did have an orange in work to eat but it's still sitting on my desk so will have it tomorrow with some grapes hopefully. Will work on including some of the veg I do like into my food.
Thanks again Marion

I haven't been having bread since started SW last week but whats the difference between a slice from 800g or 400g then?
A slice from an 800g loaf is obviously larger and therefore you can only have one slice for a HEB. WIth the small 400g loaves you can have two. It's become a bit more complicated though with the introduction of half size loaves recently. These are also 400g but are the same size slice as a large loaf but with fewer slices in the pack. If you were buying this then it would still only be one slice for a HEB even though it is a 400g loaf.0 -

When I go to new threads it was new threads for everything
Thanks Annie
Do you mean how do you get to the first unread message on the thread? Every time I visit the site it automatically takes me to the page 1 of the thread. To get to the first new message since my last visit I click on the blue tick that appears in the blue band at the top of the thread - beside the number of views, thread tools etc.
Hope that helps.0 -

that all looks good Jen, maybe try and drink more water. The more water of diluting jice you drink the more It helps weight loss also. and also have you tried making SW wedges using frylight instead of oil? it will sae you a heb or 6 syns and I think they are pretty good. I usually add chilli flakes or seasoning to give them a kick.
I already drink a lot of water so that's not really a change. The reason for the olive oil is that my asda has sold out of frylight! I usually have the wedges with salt and pepper or with chilli flakes which makes them yum0 -
anybody.....
