dont be too hard on yourself, its very hard when your feeling low or having a hard day to motivate yourself. You can still rescue your day by having lots of water and superfree foods. Just start afresh tomorrow.

ive just had another look at all th options in user cp etc and im afraid I can find a funciton that does that. Im sure you used to be able to do it. As I said I normally go to the last page when I sign back in and work my way back by date or to where I stopped thanking people.
Im not sure about the text, it seems to be changing to italics are you pressing ctrl i by mistake?
The thread is not always this busy, its busier in Jan when loads of people join SW, it will calm down in a month and you will only have a page or 2 to come back to. Its nice when its busy though as there loads more ideas and advice.

lost 1.5 this week, which isn't bad considering all the food i've eaten over the past two weeks (I've only been back on the plan since monday), so at least it's a kick in the right direction again, I refuse to change my signature until I've got to the 9lb point again, that's my goal at the moment, get to where I was pre christmas.

I'm veggie so I'm always on green...

    So far today:
Breakfast: Apricot wheats cereal (B) and a banana with some of milk allowance (A), Herbal tea
Lunch: Homemade veg soup, with one babybel chopped in (1/2 A), and cottage cheese on a rice cake (1.1/2syns) it's my bread alternative, I dunk it in my soup!

    Dinner will be:
Quorn spag bol with wholewheat pasta, and the rest of my cheese allowance on top.

Snacks: Maltesers funsize (5) possibly a fondant fancy if I'm still feeling nibbly later (5.1/2), blueberries, an apple, a clementine, and a hi fi bar (B)

Drinks: Cup of tea with rest of milk allowance, water, squash.

    I feel hungry now!

I saw in one of the SW mags, not sure if it was an older one or not... a recommendation for the sainsburys own make instant mash (free on Green and EE), I bought some the other day, and it's really very nice, had it with some quorn sausages and peas and a fried egg the other day, had mixed a bit of wholegrain mustard into the mash. V tasty, fast way around mash, especially when you're just making for yourself, you get 3 of the recommended portions per sachet, and theres about 4 sachets in a box I think? for 84p if I remember correctly? Anyways I would recommend it in this weather, bit of fast comfort food, saves you reaching for the crisps!

ETA:I used to use smash now and again as a quick fix when I was on SW last time, but then sometimes it was difficult to mix properly, so ended up biting into some crunchy bits of unmixed mash! Which put me off completely. This sainsburys one is a very fine powder rather than the kinda granules smash is made out of, so it's much easier to mix, and you don't get those awful bits, just make sure you put the right amount of water in.

    Hi All,

A busy day today but home now. Walked to school and back to 2 miles clocked up today bringing my total this week to 6 miles and 60 lengths of pool.

Only managed 3 nectarines, 1 pear, 4 ryvita (HEb) and 6 laughing cow extra light triangles (HEa) today plus plenty of tea/coffee/squash etc. Am thinking about what i can have for tea, maybe make those falafels that were mentioned yesterday?

Got my car out of the driveway today and went into the next village to get some bits and pieces only to find the clutch blew on the way home - another expense as my boiler needed over £400 spending on it between xmas and new year!!!! Oh well, at least I've no excuse not to keep up the walking now as have no option!!!

Right, off to find a yummy recipe for me tea!!
