Always get the most for your syns0 -
I would be sooo impressed by anyone who had 15 syns left come dinnertime, I'm usually down to half a dozen or so
Well just back from WI myself and .... 3 and a half lbs off :j:j:j which takes me back to where I was before Christmas which was my heart's desire :j:j:j was so delighted I decided to try out my new found running skills on the way back. Admittedly it was pretty much downhill but I ran really a lot further than I would have expected, which did give me some hope that my 5k running plan might actually come to somethingWarmed me up coming into a cold house too. Just had a very sensible dinner - haddock, steamed spinach and mashed potatos with a bit of parsley sauce. And a COU choc mousse for afters. Lovely and full now.
All I have to do is keep it up for my weekend in London. If Gatwick is open tomorrow that is. Am dreading getting stuck somewhere...so keep fingers crossed for me. Not a big flying fan at the best of times!
Good luck everyone!0 -
evening all, back from weigh in and had my tea and warmed up a bit. I lost 3.5 lb this week. I feel quite good as dont feel like ive lost anything, infact I feel really bloated. Its given me the motivation to keep on going. Going to do as many EE stirfrys this weeks and maybe a couple of green days in between. I feel I need the green days so I can enjoy a cheese sandwich or save it for my supper.
Im happy to of lost on mostly EE this week. Ill give it another chance.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
I always have 15 syns left after dinner as that's when I need them!
Good luck Belfastgirl and excellent weightloss!0 -
Well done Nic. 3.5 lbs is excellent on EE. I have been following it properly for the first time this week & I lost 3lb which i am chuffed about. I find it easy for my main meals but i do miss my extra HEB for bread for lunch.0

well after a nightmare week (I have stuck to plan 100% though) I decided wo continue with SW and have LOST 1pound. I know it's not much especially when last time I was losing 3pounds or so a week but it's better than the 4pounds that I thought I'd gained!!!Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.
wins - peroni bottle opener, peroni bowl, peroni coastersx2 and a vodkat cocktail kit,
would love to win something 'proper'!!0 -
