burger - free if you make it yourself
bap - free Heb if you get a 57g from Asda
cheese - HEa if you use a cheese slice
sauce - no more than 5/6 syns for one burger?

I have 2 x double bacon cheeseburgers for no syns so shouldn't be that bad!

Do you know i've never actually tried quiche. Quite like the idea of the fruit and a yoghurt for breakfast, i'm not a morning eater at all but i need to eat something or else i'll end up eating chocolate with my tea later on in the day and that's a disaster.
hi fi bar plus banana or 2 alpine lite bars plus pre made cut up fruit , take a look at your grab section in your book x

burger - was homemade, but i had to add some breadcrumbs as i only had large eggs and only small pack extra lean mince, so they were too gooey and woud have completely fell apart under the grill, so was counting 5 syns for that (nimble wholemeal)
Bap - was about 114g wholemeal, so was using half as HEb and synning other half
Cheese - 28g cheddar - used HeA with milk for cups tea throughout the day (altho have only had 3!)
Sauce - 1 tbsp extra light mayo -1/2 syn and Tbsp ketchup - 2 syns
    soooo.....
    buger (5) + Bap (6) + cheese (5) + sauce (2 1/2) = 18 1/2!!

Ha, that's really weird because Sally had a kind of Irish accent, like she's from Ireland but been here for years maybe.

Now here's a question (i'll be doing everyones head in soon). My book says sushi is 1.5 points per 100g on EE or green but what about other japanese foods? Me and BF like eating at Yo Sushi, i have the miso soup, the dumplings and a couple of bits of sushi, is there a guide to japanese anywhere? My wee book only features chinese, indian etc.

I dunno Jen, I've had problems with that too, love love loveeee yo sushi, and quite often eat there, (or get a takeaway box). If you look on their website they have the calories and fat per plate...I think there's about 5g of fat per miso bowl, so I don't get them any more as I like to get refills if I do order it. I don't think you can work out the syns too accurately tho from the site, as it doesn't give you the weight of the actual product? But it gives you a good idea as to which plates are a better choice...you'd be suprised at some of them.
