  • Hi Dont how to start a new thread or if I have done right by replying. Sorry text has changed on its own. i am new to slimming world first weigh in tomorrow and i think I have done Ok.

My questiion is how to work out how many syns a product is I am looking for Ainsly Harriots Chocolate Caramel Bars I wasnt going to eat it just curious how many syns.

Going to web site Ainsley Harriot comes up but not the biscuit. So I thought I would try and work out the syns but how. I go to the section to do it but bisuits are not there to look at I did expect to have to put in some info and it would then work out the syns for me but for the life of me I cannot get my head around it

If anyone can give me some help with this I will be very gratefull. This thread is great I have read quite a few pages and the support is very helpfull

    Thanks Annied

Carlamagee - I do cross trainer as much as I can - can do 20 mins at the mo while still being able to walk the next day. I also do quite tough (for me anyway!) aerobics with the Wii plus some yoga with Wii Fit.

    Afternoon All,

Well, I had a hell of a day. Driving to SW this morning and hit a patch of black ice, spun the car right off the road, up onto a high verge and skidded around 180 and ended up stopping a foot from he brick wall of a barn conversion. I've never had an accident before and was so scared.

After all that I got to SW to find I've lost 5.5lbs this week - first week. Its a great loss but I'm still gutted as the friend I am going with has less to lose than me and she lost 6.5lbs. Made me even more determined to get the stepper out from under the stairs.

I'm half tempted to treat myself to some custard tonight, I have another week will WI and and SO cold here, its taken me ages to type this as my fingers dont want to work!!!

    Al x
    WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbs
    Weight today = 17st 6.5lbs
    Loss to date 32.5lbs!!!

Thanks for all the comments. So much going through my head at the mo - do this, do that, eat this, don't eat that!

Will try and up my exercise but I'm really struggling with my knee - I'm in a lot of pain
    xx
How about swimming. Are you with that with your knee? I know not the weather for it  but is ok if you grit your teeth :D
  • Hi Skint-Cat. Thanks for info on text but can you tell me how you found the syns

    Thanks Annie

When you get into Ainsley Harriot put in 'bar' as the product.

Gocat - I have thought about it - belive me - time and time again but I'm not yet confident in being seen in a swimsuit! I'd love to do Aqua Aerobics so maybe if I get the courage one day I'll go!
