skint_catt - don't give up. you've been so supportive to everyone here and your advice really is invaluable. the weight loss may be slow but it will pay off. lots of love to you.
boltonangel - i hope you're okay. i can't believe what your doctor said to you and the only piece of advice i can give is to speak to another doctor and not leave until they help you. xx
Having a very green day today, bran flakes for brekkie, veg soup for lunch and just having some melon. I was hoping someone can check the syn value of 'Nom Dairy' naturally light alphonso mango and passionfruit yoghurt? It says 0% fat but thought it'd be best to check and i've forgotten the password to get online!
Also, there is a big packet of sainsbury's shortbread fingers at the end of my team. I'm so tempted to have one... is anyone able to check?
Thanks! xxxxx"I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and... I believe in miracles."

My oh and I have decided to try a week of stir frys. We both love stir frys with garlic, soy, lime, ginger and chilli. and noodles.
were going to start form Monday. Doing a week of green this week then stir fry week next week. Will go EE so we can have meat.
going to have turkey, prawn, quorn chicken and beef. That way we are eating loads of super free foods and we both enjoy it. I want to vary it a bit so we dont get fed up by the end of the week. Anyone any suggestions to make a free sauce or very low syn. Id like to try a black bean one.
it might seem boring but I make a mean stir fry, and everytime we have one, we are both making yummy noises and saying 'I could eat that everynight' so going to give it a go.
Farmfoods do a huge back of raw jumbo king prawns for £4.95, they are amazing, really tasty and not rubbery.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

Oh yes, I rememeber now you said you have a sore knee. thats an ackward situation? how is gentle walking? Situps/pushups? I was at Aerobics last night, (1st time!) and the instructor was able to give my friend alternative exercises as she has a sore back, and another lady has weak joints and she was told to do something alernative. so there should be something you could do.im not sure the internet would be a good source of info as there is a lot of stuff that is incorrect iut there and its not really worth hurting yourself more!
ive never done it, but perhaps yoga? im not sure how much knee mpvement is required in it though, i could be totally wrong!?
Cant help with the grapefruit either. Grapefruit and Avocao are only things i cant eat!!!!!Carla-Farla!!
