I haven't tried this diet, tried most others..lol. But would it work for a veggie?? I'm interested in it as you can eat lots from what I've heard and I love my food!

    Any advice would be great.

    Thanks

Dont know much being a newbie to this but you could stick to Green Days - read this thread from the start for more info or the slimming world website.

    Good luck
  • Hi,

That moroccan butter bean recipe looks nice kiwichick, glad you mentioned that. I seem to browse loads of SW recipes, but it's only when someone else has something that I find I want to try it too!!

Let us know how your weigh in goes tomorrow, I'm excited for you!

To those who are struggling with their weight loss at the mo, all I can think of is to eat more speed foods. Don't give up though, and I really hope you feel better about it soon.

  • Got some yellow split pea and veg soup cooking in the slow cooker for tomorrow's lunch at work.

I love my slow cooker, as in the morning my soup will be done and all I have to do is blend if necessary flask it up!

Off to bed now, hope I sleep as was anxious about weigh in that I didnt sleep well at all last night.

I've got to be at work straight after weigh in so wont be able to post until around 4pm with the result of my first week SW. Fingers are firmly crossed though.

I must make an effort next week to do some exercise as despite having a brand new stepper in my "cupboard of doom" under the stairs I havent got it out at all.

Much love and support to all X X X

  • wi in tonight lost 1.5lbs but reckon that would have been more if I hadnt binged immediately before going. I missed lunch and had to have something to eat! Walked a couple of times in the last week, so I think that helped too. Going to keep it up this week.
  • Well done Frankie :j
