I don't doubt my health is better for it, SW is very good in that respect but I refuse to walk down the aisle being this size and would rather cancel the wedding than do so.

I'm starting to think that your body doesn't respond to SW if you've done it before. If I haven't lost this week I'm going to have to do something different otherwise I'll never be slim for my wedding :(

I don't think anybody loses weight as quickly after the first time because, first time around you make all the obvious changes - stop eating chocolate, sugar, fat etc, buy skimmed milk instead of whole milk, buy low-fat foods instead of full-fat etc, etc.

BUT, and I say this as a slimmer not as a Consultant, the plans will work if you follow them properly, whether it's the first time or the twenty-first time......maybe not as fast a loss, but a loss nevertheless.

If you aren't losing the weight, I honestly think that, somewhere, you're doing something wrong! Having said that, those of you who do lots of exercise - at the beginning, your muscles will store extra water to protect themselves. Also of course, muscle weighs more than fat, so perhaps, rather than using the scales to check your progress, what about checking your measurements?
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Which mugshot did you have Lisa? I usually love them but they're so expensive I can't justify buying them at the mo.

Well if I'm doing something wrong after 6 years then I may aswell go to WW now! I check syns in everything (and do for others too), I've always got my book/food diary with me so I regularly read it, measure HEx's etc and exercise as much as I can. There's really not much more I can do!

I know totally how you feel but you have to keep up what you are doing and hope it works.

You seem to have it all sussed and have been really helpful getting me started as I am doing it online so have no group members for support

Its not worth postponing the wedding for. I am sure your OH loves you "just the way you are"
