I have the same reaction to kiwi and not to pineapple.

I joined sw again on Weds and on saturday I stupidly weighed myself (i posted on here afterwards) and had gained 2 pounds.
Today I felt and looked like I'd gained weight so I weighed myself again and had gained ANOTHER 2 pounds!

I have followed the plan completely so I don't know what to do now!

I have had 3 EE days, a green day and today is a red day. I have used my HEbs and syns but not gone over. I have measured everything I needed to.

It is not my totm either so I am at a loss (obviously not literally though!!! :) )

I have wi again on weds and am dreading it. I have gained 4 pounds and I know the leader will think that I am lying when I say i've stuck to it.

I lost a lot each week last time I did sw.

Bolton Angel - have you done your food diary? If there is something that you have missed or maybe misunderstood your consultant will be able to look over the diary and spot it.

I'm starting to think that your body doesn't respond to SW if you've done it before. If I haven't lost this week I'm going to have to do something different otherwise I'll never be slim for my wedding :(

Sorry guys, but this is my third time and it's taken me 3 months to lose 1stone even though I've been sticking with it - manically doing the superfree foods first

Are you being active enough? perhaps a little light exercise would help? I'm struggling a little this time around and I'm sure it's because I've not been in the mood to go for a walk or jump around in front of a DVD. Last summer I forced myself to do something active 5 times a week and it really helped to get the pounds off.

Me too...maybe 4th time in last 3 years. Have never lost as much as 1st time.

It must do some good if eating extra fruit n veg which I don't usually do, and have cut out the sweets and biscuits unless I sin them, so not having much of them either.

I don't want to go through another summer of feeling uncomfortable and not having nice tops, so will do best...but not without a few moans here and there. ;).

Good Luck to all going for weigh in.

20 mins on the cross trainer, 15 min aerobics work-out and 17min yoga just today. I can't do anymore because I have a damaged knee. Will do similar Wednesday (am out all day tomorrow) and every weekday that I'm home.

I have done a food diary but tbh I know that I have eaten to plan.

I don't understand how it can work once and not again.

I have remained at a certain weight for a while (all be it too high) and as soon as I start this I gain weight!

I will keep going until this weds and probably the week after but if it continues I don't know what I will do!
Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.

wins - peroni bottle opener, peroni bowl, peroni coastersx2 and a vodkat cocktail kit,

Hmmm well I don't know what else to suggest then! just stick with it as it has to be better than the alternatives such as eating crap, starving yourself or following some weird fad diet
