Hi everyone!
Hope you're all having a good day. I was just wondering, I've been thinking about buying the new Slimming World hardback cookbook - World of Flavours.
Has anybody got it or seen it, as there are no reviews for it yet on Amazon.
Any feedback appreciated!

Hi all
Well I finally got down town to weigh myself this morning and I am now 12st 5lb:(. I've put on 4lb over Christmas but anybody who has eaten as much Christmas cake as I have deserves to!
So another restart on body op and a restart here and off we go again!!
I was also wondering what the world of flavours book is like and the extra easy one - is there much new stuff in there?August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -
I love these pouches too and find them tastier than batchelors savoury rice (all free), so 2 ish syns isnt too bad, especially if you half it with someone.
I've been eating the sainsburys 2 minute wholegrain rice which I can't help but think is healthier than the batchelorsat least I do only ever have half a packet - couldn't manage a full one - so not as bad as it could be. Thanks for the info
also just had my first ever mullerlight. Toffee flavour. Actually enjoyed it and it was pretty filling. I think I'll be eating more of these, esp as a late evening snack.0 -

This is what I do. Yogurts usually make me want to yak ( I just cant stomach the consistency/texture) but the smooth toffee ones are ok. I bought 10 yesterday at Tesco (5 for £1)!!Joined SW Jan 10Start weight: 10st 12 1/2Target #1: 10stCurrent weight: 10st 5Loss to date: :T6.5 lbs (wk1 -2.5, wk2 -2.5, wk3, STS, wk4 -1.5, wk5 +0.5)

I'm the same! I hate yogurts normally, especially ones with lumps.
I'm ok with the vanilla and cranberry&raspberry muller light's, I don't like toffee so not tried that one!

Had weigh in today. Lost 1/2lb. Better off than on! Still 2.5lbs to go till I've lost the xmas weight!
Haven't had time to get on the wii today.
Had one of those less than 1% mugshots. It was horrible!

Which mugshot did you have Lisa? I usually love them but they're so expensive I can't justify buying them at the mo.
Well! Done 20 mins on Cross trainer, 15 min Your Shape (Wii) Work-Out & 17 mins Wii Fit Yoga! This better be doing me some good! Going wedding dress shopping soon and sooo not looking forward to it0 -

I think they're minging, but they're quick and easy when time is tight. What I do is make 2 up in a bowl rather than a mug then after it's 5 minutes standing, I add some cracked black pepper, a sprinkling of sea salt and a dollop of Total 0% or fromage frais. Makes it creamy and a little more 'normal'.
I sometimes put some sweetcorn in the chicken one or a few chopped peppers or something just to make it a little less cardboardy. Maybe try some other seasoning or herbs to make it a bit more palletable? I always keep some in the cupboard for emergencies but couldn't eat them on a regular basis!0 -
I'm pleased with my first day back on plan (as posted earlier) I walked to and from work today too, 40min round trip

Hmmm had a bit of a binge today:o as had the munchies probably due to time of month
Anyway, two very large potatoes, one large sweet potato, 3 turnips, 1 onion, chopped into large pieces. Some garlic cloves Frylight sprayed on top (about 5 squirts I think). Baked in oven for about 30 minutes.
Also had several fat free yoghurts e.g. activia, mullerlight. Also several apples.
Felt very full up and satisfied after
What I would like to know, is this kind of bingeing allowed or is it abuse of free food?
Gotta be better than bingeing on other types of food like chips etc0
