They are only available in class, a packet of 3 costs £1.10 (I think!) and they are 6 syns each. Which is why I am not certain of the price because 6 syns seems a lot to me!

I've stuck to the diet today and haven't used any syns so I am going to have a chinese takeaway!!!!!

I'm having chicken chow mein (7) and boiled rice (free)!

If you mean the roast chicken flavour pasta one then yes that one is free as is the chicken noodle one.

I've just had Marions breakfast rice, it was lovely, almost like having rice pudding for breakie!! I soaked it overnight and then bought it to the boil this morning then turned off the heat and let it sit for 10 min - perfect rice. Mixed in a vanilla muller light and some fresh blueberries.

Just printed off the sweetcorn chowder recipe from the recipe archive at SW online, its only 1.5 syns on green days so I'm going to try and make some today.

Couldnt sleep last night, nerves about impending weigh in tomorrow, want to have lost SO badly.

The Hi-Fi bars are £1.35 for 3 bars - but they are 6 syns OR a HEb - chocolate as a HEB? Yes please! I love them and always keep a stock to use my HEb with a cuppa in the evening.

Glad you liked it! I was due for weigh in this morning and have woken with sore throat and swollen neck glands and feel hot. Sounds like I might have caught the bug my daughter brought home from school last week! If I feel up to it tomorrow I will go to another class just to get weighed.
