Hi all,
Don't panic just yet! I joined BodyOptimise (SW Online) last week, and it lets me choose 2 weetabix as a HEB in my online food diary.
I've had this a couple if times since I started. It definitely states they are normal weetabix, and the portion is 2.
Hope this helps!Started Slimming World 1st January 2010.

I thought they were, and have followed the plan for almost 2 years, so I thought I was going a bit mad when I couldnt see it under cereals and couldnt remember who told me they were heb. panic over :rotfl::santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
EDIT:I wanted to add that the vege stir fry I had tonight was from tesco, only £1 a bag and I only used half of it, egg noodles £1 a bag and used half of them also - Bargain!!
Can I ask -- did you Syn your egg noodles, or are they freeon EE!?? I got confued with them when I made a stirfry and used them also on Friday night!
I had another question,
tonight for a quick dinner I had Tesco Italian Beef & Red Wine Ravoli along with Jamie Oliver Fiery Tomato and Chilli Sauce.
I checked them on the calculator, but to make sure Im doing it right, could someone else(with a little more experience than me) check it, and then I can see whether Im coutning them correctly or not!?
Thanks.Carla-Farla!!

I feel so bad I could cry.
Hopefully going to try and re start again tomorrow.
dont worry we all have the odd day like this, dont beat yourself up. Just count it as a flexi syns day and start afresh tomorrow. I usually have at least one flexi syns day every 2-3 weeks cos i just go mad and cant stop eating the wrong food. its important to get up tomorrow and forget about today and start again. my biggest let down is saying 'sod it' and not stick to it for the rest of the week, then its 2 weeks and so on.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

no, they werent dried; i took advanatge of the offer i Tesco, so it was a bag of fresh Egg noodles!?? How does this make a difference???
So,i had just over a 1/3 of the pack of pasta, so its about 7 Syns?
And i had about 1/3 of the sauce, so about 4 Syns?
mmmm.....thats quite a lot for dinner, isnt it!! I may have to make my own patsta sauce....I just love that J.Oliver one! I think i need to invest in a few chillis to make it as hot as i like!!Carla-Farla!!
