Hi, thanks for the recipe nic, sounds great, going to try that!
I love this way of eating - it allows me to indulge my love of cooking which I normally wouldn't be able to do when "dieting". I seem to be spoilt for choice now and always have my head in a recipe book. What a great diet!
Today I can't decide what to have. I'm thinking about spicy beanburgers, with slimming world chips (spiced up a bit), and maybe some beans... or salad. Probably beans with this weather!
Ooh, by the way, ADSA are currently doing 2 x 4 packs of Branston beans for £2. Bargain! I'm well stocked up!
Also the other day I had slimming world chips with syn free curry sauce and mushy peas. Top comfort food, yum!
Or I could make a low syn lasagne using some of my left over tomato and roast veg sauce I made yesterday.....hmmmmmm.... choices choices!
To kiwichick, I'm also a late night snacker. I'm a complete night owl and can be good all day, but really get the munchies at night. Thankfully though this last week I've been going mad on fruit which is much better. But I find some HEB crispbreads and low fat/fat free cream cheese hits the spot for the "crunch" craving.

Well done lisa on the wii fit plus..I got one last week, just exploring what I can do on it..it looks like so much fun...when the children let me on!
Made the butternut squash soup suggested yesterday. Kept the skin on. It was delicious, thick and creamy. Also made a homemade wholemeal loaf in the breadmaker. Made sure I had the correct HEB..so so difficult with the baked smell wafting infront of you
Can some kind person tell me how much the skinny cow hot chocolate drink is..either by weight or teaspoon?
Thanks0 -
Is it just me or does anyone else feel really hungry all the time during this cold weather?! I've had a tonne of food today and I still have the munchies, I'm hoping a hot cup of tea will settle my tummy
Yep I def have the munchies in this cold weather.
Have marion's breakfast rice every morning, if time. Then a huge baked potato or pasta for lunch..then big dinner...and sometimes sw chips in an evening. Lots of cups of tea too...:D (only use milk in tea anyway, so get a few mug's worth!)
I tried red days..but i crave carbs so much. However, i seem to get carb overload on non work days as i get terrible mid-afternoon tiredness 2-3pm and i could just sleep so have to keep moving to keep me awake.

Just got back from doing my food shop, have bought tons of fruit and veg so HAVE to eat those superfree foods this week. Have cut myself up and apple, a pear and a nectarine as a bit of a fruit salad - does anyone else find it easier to eat fruit if its cut into bits like this?
Not sure what to have for tea, should have somethng substantial really as only had beans on a slice of toast (heab) today so far, as well as the fruit once Ive eaten it.
Bought some oudding rice which I will soak overnight to make Marions yummy sounding breakfast. Stocked up on Muller Lights today as they are 5 for £1 at tesco, normally 52p each so def a bargain to be had there.
Any ideas for a scrummy green dinner??WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbsWeight today = 17st 6.5lbsLoss to date 32.5lbs!!!0
