    Hi all

I fancy making a veg curry this week - does anyone have a good basic recipe?

I have just been to a kids party and couldn't resist the food so today is pretty much a write off so I am just going to enjoy a glass of wine tonight and get back on track tomorrow. I also bought the mag so think I will try and meal plan for the week ahead.

Unfortunatley exercising is out of the window as I fell over on the ice this week and have whiplash!

    Sorry, that was so long!!

I think it may be because I ate LOADS of free food but not much superfree so I am going to try and switch that this week. also I had 5 green days.

I do this too, only started a few days ago but feel all Ive done is eat pasta, potatoes and eggs - am sure I wont have lost much at all come tuesdays weigh in. I'm struggling with un derstanding it all as I had to miss the first meeting as there were so many new members to get through that it would have made me late for work.

I had a cappuccino in town today, with full fat milk. It wasn't a chain so I can't find out the calorie content but a Costa Coffee one has 5 syns, do you think this is safe to go with?

I've done something I know I shouldn't have and am upset now!!

I started SW again on Weds and have done EE each day. I have eaten loads of superfree and stuck to the plan religiously.
However, today I weighed myself (I know I should wait till weigh in!) and I've put 2 pounds on. I'm gutted.

When I did sw 18 mths ago I lost 7 pounds the 1st week and never ever lost less than 3pounds a week and the only thing I'm doing differently now is EE rather than red/green.

I'm wondering if ee is going to work for me. I really like it though. Has anyone else experienced this?

wins - peroni bottle opener, peroni bowl, peroni coastersx2 and a vodkat cocktail kit,
would love to win something 'proper'!!

What do you do with the pancakes then? Just roll the whole banana up in the pancake?

Are you crazy? I would never ever dare MAKE such a hugely calorific delight for fear that I would then want to make them for every meal :D I've only ever had them at pancake stands. We have a continental market in Belfast once a year at Christmas and on the very last day of the market I will go in and have one :) Once you start you can't stop.

And the banana is chopped and then the pancake is folded in half I believe after being liberally spread with nutella.

Much as I love the M&S COU chocolate mousse it is NOT the same thing :)

Are you sure it isn't TOTM or your body perhaps hasn't adapted to the amount of fruit and veg you're eating and you're a little bloated? I've not done EE myself being largely veggie but I know in my class people have seen pretty good losses from it.

TBH I don't think you should panic until you get to Wed and see what's happened then...

And certainly don't give up and start eating crazy (which I know is what I would be tempted to do :o) over time it will work. Stick with it.

    Thank you.

I am going to stick with it, I'm just really disappointed after I have stuck to it so well!

I'm going for a looooooong bath now so that might relax me a bit. Will just have to see what happens on Weds.

I want to lose 2 stones by summer

just noticed you just had 1 slice of nimble for brekkie. You can have 2 slices of 400g (small) loaf for your heb. So if you havnt used it somewhere else, you can go and have that piece of bread your craving.
