Tea (milk HEA)
Going to have to pack some veg into dinner as only had the one portion being my beans at lunch. Dont feel I am eating the right things on the green days as seem to constantly be eating pasta or potato??

Hi Consultant,
Does this apply to all the Oxo cube range? Did SW science catch up with the cube or did the cube loose calories? Sounds like I need to blag a new book.
Pete
Yes all stock cubes are free now. The reason for the change? No idea, but grateful for it nonethelessI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Kiwichick - it must be hard when you're serving up something you fancy at a time when you're hungry yourself. Is it possible for you to have your lunch before you prepare/serve the children's? If no time for that, how about having your breakfast later or a snack before lunch so that you're not so hungry.
Keep telling yourself that something awful fell in the pudding - spit or a spider, whatever revolts you most :rotfl:I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
So, going to my first class on Tuesday but want to do my research so to speak.
How do you know what's a green day or a red day? Is this a set thing or do you have so many of each per week. Also is extra easy a type of day or is that another plan entirely?0 -
Evening all, are hi-fi bars not HEb's anymore? they're not listed on the download page from the body optimise siteThey have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Liz3yy - Hi-Fi bars are still HEBs so don't worry
GlasweJen - Red (Original) and Green days are separate plans as is Extra Easy. Each plan has it's own free foods (except EE which uses free foods from both the other plans),
When you join your group, the Consultant will give you all the books you need and a proper explanation of the plans and how to use them. You can do any plan on any day, one day at a time, one week at a time, or one plan for ever, whichever suits you best.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Evening all
Good day again today
Mullerlight and yoghurt for breakfast
Pasta with roasted garlic and tomato sauce for dinner
Apple as a snack
Beans on toast for tea
Cups of tea.
Very cold here. Need to buy some more fruit and veg but im walking to the train station for work as can't get the car out. Also no veg shop near the train station.
I have lots of dried pasta and rice, timmed toms, tuna, frozen chicken so i should be ok. I'm just missing veg to "bulk" meals out.
Here's to the thaw happening soon!Baby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0 -
