Breakfast - Tinned tomatoes, tinned mushrooms, omelette.
Lunch - Jacket potato and chilli. a couple of strawberries for a sweet.
Dinner- Spaghetti bolognese with onions, mushrooms, carrots ,courgettes and tomatoes thrown in.

Thanks Skint_Catt
Do I have to use the HEx's? I never use hea as I'm allergic to dairy and don't use the alternatives at all.
With the heb's I do use them but with the EE I don't seem to need to.
Also, I I've been told to use up to 10 syns but didn't think I had to use some everyday.Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.

You should use them really as they're part of your balanced diet. Calcium also helps fat removal from the body and the HEb is your fibre - so helps get things moving if you know what I mean. You could have a slice of toast with breakfast or 2 Alpen Light bars as a snack? Or stewed fruit for dessert - the stewed apple & mincemeat HEb is really nice and so easy.
Again syns are part of a healthy diet, so yes you should have a minimum of 5 - a glass of wine with dinner? A small chocolate bar? A pack of French Fries crisps? Anything that's a treat really!0 -
Well M&S's new Bubbly Bunny (part of the new easter chocolate range) is 6 syns if anyone wants to know :eek: I thought it was only little and it fitted in my hand so nicely as I was finishing my very healthy shopping (beetroot, pears, oranges, cherries, COU choc mousses, fish, cabbage). So I ate it after my healthy lunch and then checked the syns. No fish for me tonight I'm afraid since I'm on a green day it would have been 7 syns with sauce, and I can't afford that.
The bubbly bunny was yummy though on the bright sideAnd I bought a little brie triangle which I can have as a HEA together with bread as a HEB and some fruit, so will still manage a nice dinner.
gym and a walk today too - at least some of the pavements are clear here so took advantage. I'd forgotten that walking is pleasurable if you aren't sliding all over the place
Good to see the thread so busy!0 -
Well 7 syns + 6 syns is only 13 so you haven't blown it!
Can you have brie as a HEa??? I've always synned it as you never used to be able!0 -

ah but that isn't counting the low fat butter I had with breakfast or the tsp of jam or the fact that I am def having a COU mousse after tea
Last time I looked I thought 40g of brie was a HEA but maybe you have more experience of this than me??? I don't think you can check this online either or at least I can't find the list of HEs. Would be really p**d off if it isn't!0 -
uh oh think you're right
how did I not know that? it would also be 7 syns...

Can't see it online though I could have missed it - I did find 28g as a HEb on a green only day. I always eat more than that so would have to syn it anyway!0

Phew well that's something although my second HEB was supposed to be bread. I only bought a 40g portion so I guess that's not so bad. Won't be doing that one again. Thanks SC!0
