sweetcorm, peas, & sweet potatoes are not superfree sadly. As for portion size, go for whta make syou feel satisfied, but not overly full. And yes, that would be a perfect EE meal :)
Oh wow thanks. Think Im getting the hang of it at last :j Thought that would be the case with the sweetcorn though . Got some onions, will boil a load and have that as my third veg. Love em

    Evening ladies

Had to walk up and down the mountain to the train again today so thats my excercise allocation!

Had a banana and muller light yoghurt for breakfast
Jacket potato with tuna sweetcorn and salad for lunch
Just had some onken fat free yoghurt as a little snack.
Not sure what I am going to make for tea yet but it will be a pasta based.

So a better day than the disaster day yesterday!

I wondered if it was :)

I'm in Belfast itself, sorry. My tactic is usually to find someone sitting alone and go and chat to them, although I do have a friend who comes quite often as well. Was sitting on my own last night though so I know what you mean about it feeling a bit funny - managed to choose a seat in between two groups of people without realising it.

Anyway a pretty good day today, think I'm on about 7 syns and so far only had 1HEA and 1HEB. I have felt really hungry again though so that's why I'm saying so far :) I also went for a lunchtime swim, was meant to be an early morning swim but ... well good intentions went a bit awry. Would have loved to go for a walk tonight but too risky on the ice and I have a feeling I might be a bit susceptible to temptation.

Hope it's going well for everyone else :)

today was mums n todds day, so early start, so had not time for much else...usually i have nothing, so that was good for me!!
at lunch, i eas hoovering, trying to console DS and trying to get lunch into DD, meanwhile trying to put shopping away, so i didnt manage any extra meat or veg with my rice, but meat is usually a must with it!

dinner was great, but im worried i used too many syns!?

    Hello All,

I joined SW on tuesday having previously only ever done WW. I'm at my all time heaviest of 18st09lb, I didnt even weigh this much when 9 month pregnant with my son who was over 10lb.

I've been finding the plan ok, am following green days only as am vege so thats whats suits me. I'm struggling with not snacking and REALLY miss bread and cheese but have found that 2 ryvita with marmite for 3 syns is nice.

I'm confused by the HE though, I though on green or red days you were allowed one from A and one from B. Is that right or is it meant to be 2 from each?

I'm looking forward to getting to know you all.

    Bye for now,
    Al x
    WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbs
    Weight today = 17st 6.5lbs
    Loss to date 32.5lbs!!!

Hello and welcome! On red and green days you can have 2 of each HE's - making a total of 4 altogether. On EE it is only one of each. Hope that helps!
