I've done my 1/2 hour on the wii fit today. Would have done longer but the baby was whinging!
I can feel from yesterday that it's doing something. My middle is aching!
Having one of my very few red days today.
Had yogurt & fruit for breakfast. Lunch was 2 ryvita & 2 ex lite laughing cow with tuna & a syon of ex lite mayo & a HB egg. Followed by fruit.
Later when I'm hungry shall have the other 2 ryvita with 4 laughing cow lites.
Dinner is salmon with stir fry. I just have soy sauce so ni syns.
Will have some dried apricots for supper as my other heb.
MOre snow here today. Managed to get the older 2 to school though. Left the baby with a friend as the pram was hard to push!

i unlocked the advanced obstacle course on wii fit last night! has anyone else done the obstacle course, it's so fun!0

Hubby has grilled some pork. Also boiled some rice. If I had 3rd pork , 3rd rice , 3rd vegetables, on my plate, is that an EE meal? Are all veg super free? Think I have some sweetcorn in the freezer, is that ok? What size plate is best or doesnt portion size matter as such ?

sweetcorm, peas, & sweet potatoes are not superfree sadly. As for portion size, go for whta make syou feel satisfied, but not overly full. And yes, that would be a perfect EE meal
