3lbs is a great start Lola! There is no set amount to lose - it also depends how much you have to lose. The first time I did SW I lost 0.5lbs in my first week - but went on to lose 3.5stone in 5 months0

1200 calories isnt that much food really. And none of them I would say are fat, maybe just the one who was 13 stone something? They all only wanted to loose 5 to 7 pounds, I wish lolBaby Ice arrived 17th April 2011. Tired.com! :j0 -
well it is only to drop one dress size, though I've lost a stone and haven't dropped a dress size yet!
If I get hungry I eat everything in sight so couldn't do 1200 calories for a day!0 -

I know! Did you see them weigh in then try on the dresses? Most of them wanted to lose 5 - 7 lbs. They would have to lose a lot more than that to get into those dresses:rotfl:. One had a gap of at least 8 inches across the back:eek:!:rotfl::rotfl:When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

Presumably something tomatoey is best. Is there anywhere on lifeline online that I can get syn values? I am really struggling to find my way around the website!
