I'm not sure if I've been good or bad today.

Originally started off having a green day - had HEa and HEb in the morning, then green lunch.

Dinner was going to be green, so had a cup of tea, assuming this would be my last HEa. Then there was so much chicken at dinner I decided I'll have to EE it.

I've had one cup of tea, I guess 1syn perhaps? + half a pack of rice (1 syn) and a terry's chocolate orange sweet (2syns).

How much do you normally allow for tea if you are synning it?

synning milk in tea - SW say 0.5 per 'dash' of milk but I would syn it about 1.5/2 as I like weak milky tea.

    Bake Off Boss!
Had 1st weigh in tonight...lost 3lbs. I know 1st week should be more.

I know it's a start, but mad at myself for eating so much (non diet at weekend).

Got a bit confused with the extra easy, so am just going to stick to old way with 2 HE Bs.

Good intentions for next week. Have plenty fruit n veg in.

3lbs is great!! especially if you weren't 100% at the weekend. On to a good next week!

Thanks Skint_catt, I will leave it at a syn.
