Lol, I did awful int he stepping test esterday but it said I was 2 years younger than I was! The Wii Fit plus is all the same as Wii Fit with only a few additions - including a brain fit test with the balance test at the beginning! You have to remember numbers!
  • brain fit  I have an 8 month old baby. I think I only remember to get up cos he cries! ;)

Lol, reminds me of that 'older mother' joke. She keeps telling her friend who's come to visit that she can see the baby 'later'. Eventually the friend asks why she can't see him now. The 'older mother' replies - I can't remember where I put him and I'm waiting for him to cry :rotfl:

Is EE easier than red and green days?

Today I have had Special K sustain with some of my skimmed milk allowance and then a pasta salad for lunch with mainly salad followed by sliced banana and Muller light toffee yoghurt.

We are out tonight for my Dad's birthday. I am thinking that prob steak with j potato and salad will be the best option. Is that right?

Also can you freeze all of the SW recipes?

Most of the SW recipes can be frozen yes, but sometimes quark/fromage frais doesn't freeze too well.

I find red/green easier than EE at the moment but then I'm old school! I'm going to give it a go :)

Steak, jacket pot & salad would be good - but it depends where you go and how they cook it! In Weatherspoons that meal will set you back 36 syns as they deep fry the jacket potatos and the steaks!

Crikey, who would have thought they did that. What about Harvesters? Is that the same?

Havester Inns are on syns online, but I can't find any meals to come up! Maybe just ask them how they prepare their meals? Maybe a ceasar salad would be better and just syn the dressing? Do they have a menu online for where you're going?

Yes they do - plus nutritional info - will take a look for you!

4oz rump steak with peas & jacket is 55cals and with chips & peas is 472cals so it does sound like tha jackets are deep fried! Oops that was the kiddies menu - bear with me!

The lamb steak looks the best so have it with salad and maybe a side of corn on the cob instead of potato? (to lessen the risk? Depends how good you want to be ;))

    Two Lamb Rump Steaks £8.99
Two sweet and tender lamb steaks, served with
buttered baby potatoes, garden peas and a sweet grilled roasted red pepper and tomato garnish.

I would have that asking for no butter on the potato's

    Hi all

    I am re-joining sw after 18 months (and a 1st weight gain!)

Th class I was going to attend tonight has been cancelled so I will have to attend one tomorrow.

The thing is I am doing the shopping tonight online and was going to use the books and lifeline online to refresh myself.

I have ordered the basics like potatoes, quorn mince, pasta etc

What else should I be ordering? I am using tesco and am looking for some low syn sausages that aren't quorn!

Also, are there any snacks, ready meals or sweet things that are syn free - i used to have the low fat super noodles to go but they have been discontinued. I'm allergic to milk so can't have the mullerlights :(

    Thanks everyone.

    Sarah
