STS for me this week, oh well, but on plus side I have managed 2 100% days on the trott and am going for a third, I normally manage only 1/2 a day of 100% so this is a big achievment(sp) for me:o.
Could you post recipe for the panna cotta Skint-Catt?

Serves 4
Syns per serving: Green FREE, Original FREE
Ingredients:
200g/7oz Quark
5tbsp artificial sweetener
1tsp vanilla extract
2 x 200g pots Mullerlight vanilla
1 x 10g sachet gelatine
1 egg white
Mint leaves to garnish
1. Whisk Quark, sweetener, vanilla extract and yogurt in a bowl until smooth
2. Put 2tbsp hot water in a small heatproof bowl and sprinkle with the gelatine. Stand the bowl in a saucepan of hot water and stir until the gelatine has dissolved. Cool slightly then whisk into the yogurt mixture.
3. Beat the egg white to soft peaks. Gently fold through the yogurt mixture then spoon into 4 individual moulds. Chill in the fridge 3-4 hours until set.
4. When ready dip moulds in hot water for a few seconds the unmould onto individual plates. Garnish with mint leaves.
I didn't use the mint leaves, I had some lovely frozen summer fruits in the freezer (from Asda I think) so I thawed some of them out and had them with it. Well worth the effort, it was lovely

The pannacotta recipe sounds amazing! Will have to try that at some point.
STS last night so I'm a little bit disappointed as I was 100% all week. Things are slowing down now I'm getting ever so near to target.xx

You are doing so well but I know it's hard not to be disappointed. I had gained a pound this week. This is how it is with me, one on, one off, then maybe three off and one and a half on - it can be so dispiriting!!!!!!Grocery Challenge £139/240 until 31/01

Hi all! I figure there'll be some techno-geniuses on here. I'm thinking it would be good for me to plot my weight losses with SW on a graph ......and I spent all evening yesterday looking for one online so I can keep a log, to no avail.
I'm thinking it will maybe help me spot losses over a longer period as I reckon there might be a pattern (I lose/STS every week cos I do generally manage 100%:A all the time....I'm just a SLOW loser I think and it might motivate me to see my losses over a four week period, say, what with all the time of the month factors:cool:) I know there's one on the Slimming Wolrd website but it's not great for looking at patterns. Anyone know of one? I don't have any graph paper to hand!
Thanks! xx0 -
I need help with HEb choices on extra easy. All I ever have is bread and I need to mix it up!! Any suggestions greatly received. Except cereal as I don't like to use my A choice as I usually have some cheese or a glass of milk in the evenings, or milk with tea/coffee.Joined Slimming World 19th May 2009
