catsy - have you tried krisprolls??? They are yummy and although they are effectively toasted bread, they taste nice with a HEa cheese on - especially laighing cow, or you could make your own pate with quark for them!
As said, Alpen bars are good or stewed 227g apple & 1tbsp mincemeat makes a lovely dessert or snack :) (core the apple - put the mincemeat in the hole and nuke for a couple of minutes :) )

I need help with HEb choices on extra easy. All I ever have is bread and I need to mix it up!! Any suggestions greatly received. Except cereal as I don't like to use my A choice as I usually have some cheese or a glass of milk in the evenings, or milk with tea/coffee.

There are a few soups which qualify as a HEB:
    1) Baxters Chunky soup 208g serving
    2) " 3 Bean soup " "
    3) " Italian Bean & Pasta/Puy Lentil & Tomato (208g serving)
    4) " Carrot & Butter bean/Spicy parsnip " "
    5) 330g pouch Green Giant Country Garden Veg Soup
    6) " " " " Farm Harvest Mushroom/Vine ripened Tomato
    7) 400g can Heinz classic Chicken & Barley Broth
    8) 300g serving New Covent Garden Plum Tomato & Basil

Other than the soups (above) you can have varying amounts of dried or canned fruit. There are too many of these to list but if you have a favourite I'll look it up for you.

You say you don't want to use your milk for cereal but you can still eat cereal if you want it......pour a syn-free yoghurt over and it not only tastes nice but stays lovely and crisp too.

Along the crispbread route - I particularly love the wholegrain Ryvita Crackerbread (available in Morrisons). You can have 6 of these spread with quark and added chopped cucumber, ham, peppers etc and sprinkled with Aromat........absolutely yummy!

thanks for the support! I'm running 3 x a week as I've got the Bupa Winter 5k in January and I walk quite a lot so I think I'm okay with exercise. Just got to keep doing what I'm doing. It's true - it's so easy to put weight on but hard to get off and stay off!

The first of 4 Christmas parties tonight, taking the car so there's no temptation to have a drink at all! :)

Morning all, I am in despair :(

I have well and truly fallen off the wagon, over the past 6 weeks I have gained 5lb and feel and look terrible.

It's all my own fault, I keep comfort eating and take no exercise now it's dark and cold outside.

Someone slap me, I have messed up big time..........

    Hi Liz3yy,

Don't despair - even though you feel bad about it, 5lb in 6 weeks isn't that bad, and you can easily get it off again in a couple of weeks. The thing is to nip it in the bud now before it escalates. I really do know how you feel about not being able to get into it and comfort eating, but if you have one good day it will spur you on to continue :-)

Have you got any exercise DVDs you can do during the cold nights?

I do have one, but when I get home from work the last thing I feel like doing is jumping around the front room, especially when there are boxes everywhere (we've moving home in a couple of weeks)

It's my birthday tomorrow so I should be happy but instead I'm in despair at the thought of not getting a call from my Dad, I'm in tears this morning as I miss him so much :(

Hi Liz3yy - sorry you're feeling low - as to the weight just think about all the progress you've made and start again. As Blodwen says you'll soon get those lbs off again.

    Have a good birthday tomorrow.
August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.

Awww, Liz3yy - sorry you're feeling so down :( Sometimes we all need a break - how about scheduling one from now until New Year where you just maintain rather than try & lose and just get more miserable? It might do your body good, then you can start the new year afresh?

By the look of your srtarting weight you don't have a massive amount to lose, so it always will be that more diffcult for you rather thn us bigger lasses!

Have a fantastic birthday tomorrow hun, and please don't stress.

    C xx
