consultant31 thanks for the lovely message, i feel like im diong alot better although now i have a cold to deal with!!

anyway i just read about the changes in the new year and thought maybe ill do EE in future... is it ok to do every day? cant really tell on the body optimise site and i also wanted to get the EE plan in my head correct before i start eating god knows what "freely"...

so you can have all free foods on original and green days??? and then all things with a syn value, you choose the lowest value to go by, and finally, you choose 1 hea and 1 heb a day? so i could have say, a jacket potato, salad, and tons of chicken without skin or sauce?? or... sw chips with my fry ups or chow mein home made with noodles AND meat? xxxx

Hmmm just got my first ever breakfast quiche out of the oven and had a sneaky slice! It's to die for!!! YUM! Might even have this with baked beans on an EE day (mushrooms and egg being superfree!)

Also done 30mins on the Cross trainer and had 2 pints of SF squash :D

No sorry, got a free vanilla panacotta or carrot muffins but no tiramisu. Too many syns I'm guessing with alcohol, cocoa powder, cream etc!
